Called in to find out the schedule of the person I wanted. Tried to do the online call-in, could not get it to work. I was told you can not make an appointment-1st come 1st serve is how it worked. I came in the next morning at 9:45 am, told them I wanted said person. Another individual walked in around 10:10 am and sat down. At 10:20 he was told he was next, I said I had been there for over 30 minutes but they said he had made an online appointment. I said to my knowledge it was on a 1st come basis but it fell on deaf ears as the man laughed his way to the seat. I asked the other workers if they could give a high and tight and they pointed at each other as to say they would rather not,so I walked out and will never go back. What terrible and confusing service. I will make sure to steer people away from your establishment.

Never need to worry about telling the salon hair specialist exactly what my boys need for hair cuts. The stylists are able to put the exact cut into the computer and when we come back every few weeks, the stylist pulls up the cut, and perfecto! My boys get their same cut every time. We check in online, so we dont need to wait as long for haircuts. Saves loads of time. Reasonably priced cuts and efficient staff. Ive never been happier.

Have found Great Clips to be an amazing place for haircuts! I get a great and I mean GREAT and consistent cut from Keesa every time and the price cant be beat. Used to pay lots more for inconsistent quality and mediocre cut that looked ragged as it grew out. I will stay at Great Clips.
