I went to this great clips and got a really good haircut about a month ago so I took my granddaughters back to get a haircut before school starts. Not a good experience my granddaughter left in tears. First we waited about twenty minutes before they called either of them back both women were talking to each other and not taking care of customers. Neither employee spoke very good English. The oldest granddaughter the stylist was asked to round it off in the back and rudely told me thats what she did wanted two inches off had to have her go back several times because she wasnt cutting any hair off. The other granddaughter left on tears I went over at one point and told the stylist to not cut anymore off it was perfect she was blowing drying my granddaughters hair at this point I took my grandson to the restroom and when i came back out she was again cutting hair on my granddaughter trying to make it even and she took a razor to it after being told not to do this at all. Had to tell her to stop cutting we paid and left I was charged fourteen dollars for two children when the sign advertised children haircuts for twelve dollars. Will not go back to this store I want someone that follows my direction and speaks english. I was in there on Thursday july 27 Around four oclock.

Absolutely horrible experience. I went into this location due to the fact that the Wellington Trace location had a long wait time. Never again. The place was filthy, and the barbers were incredibly unprofessional. The lady cutting my hair kept on talking to others and got distracted, in the process she messed up the front lining of my hair. Also, she even neglected to shape the back of my head which is barber 101. I had to come home and line myself up and salvage what was left of the front of my hair. This place is giving great clips a bad reputation. Its only been open a month and should be closed due to the unqualified staff which theyve hired.

I came here on a whim while checking out this new plaza. Im so glad I discovered this gem the place is brand spanking new and very clean contrary to the post below. Kathleen cut my hair and its a first for me that a new beautician gets my fade perfect. I walked out loving my new hair cut and Certainly returning customer!! Thank you Kathleen. Very attentive and professional highly recommended.
