I went in for a quick trim and just left there in tears. I have long hair and asked for a basic cut, just trimming a few inches off and keeping it even all the way around. Exactly how I walked in, but shorter. The woman spent less than 5 minutes on my incredibly long hair. She spent significantly longer on little boys with buzz cuts. And apparently she took it upon herself to make it choppy and longer in the front than the back. I asked her to call the manager or owner and she refused. She kept telling me she would fix it. The only way to fix it is to make it even shorter than I wanted it. AWFUL. I will NEVER EVER GO BACK!!!

i went there today to get my hair cut and unfortunately due to having a coupon I was rudely ignored by the employees as a hispanic women was ignoring me and not wanting to cut my hair... when no other clients were waiting besides me... VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS LOCATIONS SERVICE!
