The friday before school starts and 1 stylist in the place available for walk ins. 12 empty chairs and was refused an appointment over the phone for a trim. Walk in and besides the 12 empty chairs, im waiting in an empty salon with no time estimate available. Supposedly waiting on a stylist thats running late. Its 1:08pm. Used to go here years ago and had a great stylist...amazing but hard to get an appt with her.Everyone else loves her too. Have had a few off experiences here but decided to try again just for a trim...Mind boggling. Now i remember why i left this place. Bye!!!

last time i came to this one, i was told it would be a 20 min wait for a haircut. this was at lunch time so i figured it was reasonable. took 45 mins before i got my cut, so my lunch was done. this time, i come in at noon and there are 3 employees sitting around and 1 customer in the chair with the aluminum strips (assume a coloring). ask the wait for a haircut (mens), the lady tells me at least an hour. this place blows. went to another hair cuttery down the way, walked in and got my cut in 10 mins total. screw this place

Ive been going to this place for over 10 years. They do a good job of hiring skilled stylists.The last few years I have been having Loyda style & cut my hair. She is just awesome. Ive changed my style a few times and always leave happy and even more stay happy once I am home and have to do it alone. She really listens to what it is I want and makes great recomendations.

This place is always busy which is to be expected since all the hair stylists are amazing. Long waits here can be common, especially if youre coming during busy times like lunch breaks, holidays and before school starts. An appointment is highly recommended. Alison is a sweetheart and has never given me a haircut I didnt like in the 3+ years Ive come to her.

Went into this place a week ago and was in dire need of color correction. They were able to perform, what seemed to be, the impossible. James, and Kirsten were phenomenal and extremely knowledgeable in hair care, bleaching, toning, and highlights. They have earned a customer for life!

My man David hooks me up!! He knows how to cut my hair and style to match its texture. My high and lowlights are the bomb!! They sell all the best hair products and almost always have some sort of special on one of them. For a chain, especially, one of the best.

I went there yesterday, I asked for a trim.. she took off four inches, took out my angles, and kept saying "oops" or "uh oh" .. I do not recommend this place..
