Dont waste your money. After 3 bi-weekly cleans and a re-clean when I complained the floors were never touched with a mop. They didnt dust any knick knacks on shelves. The bathroom floors and laundry room were not mopped at all. The kitchen counters were not wiped down during a clean. I came home and it felt almost exactly the same as when I left, the only difference I could see was it was vacuumed. If I wanted to come home to a dirty home, I would just keep my money. I used to be a maid, I know what it entails and what is expected. They didnt even come close to my expectations. Even on the re-clean after I complained, they still did not clean the floors. I just cancelled my service.

This is the first cleaning service Ive used and I love how easy they are to work with. They show up within the scheduled time frame and my house looks great when theyre done. I can easily freeze service if I need to and get them to come around my schedule if the service is scheduled on a day that doesnt work for me and my family. I love that you can log in online to view your upcoming schedule and pay online.

I have used Cleaning Authority for at least 4 years and they have always made me happy - if there were any minor issues they came out and corrected those problems. Have always worked with my schedule for needing rescheduling for vacation or out of town occasions as well. Great company and staff to work with - highly recommend Cleaning Authority.

Weve been using The Cleaning Authority for about a year and a half. Love to come home to a clean house, that doesnt over-smell like perfumes or cleaning supplies, just smells clean. Have never had anything taken from our house, like others have noted. Staff is friendly and efficient. I wont switch or cancel any time soon!!!

This company stole from me - 2 rings. I tried to resolve with the owener of the company and she basically said there is nothing she can do about it. I would not recommend using this company!!
