I have been using Blue Skies Services to clean my home since March 2016. I have had several other cleaning services and individuals clean my home over the years. Some of them did an ok job, but many just werent worth paying. I was frustrated with the situation when I came into contact with Shawn Day with Blue Skies. I shared with him my needs and past frustrations. He was very attentive in listening to me and making sure he matched the right people with the job. Nichole and Casey have been cleaning my home since the end of March 2016, and I could not be more pleased. They care very much about doing a great job, and it shows with EVERY cleaning. With many other cleaning services I started to see a decline in quality after the first month or so of service. Nichole and Casey work just as hard as they did the first time they came. They also have very generous personalities, and I really appreciate how kind they both are to my 4 year old son. He looks forward to seeing "the girls" every other Thursday. They could easily ignore him knowing they have a job to finish efficiently. They both manage to acknowledge him in a way that makes him feel special, while still being so efficient and thorough on the job. I could not recommend Nichole and Casey more! Thank you! My house feels more like home each time you come!

Ive been using this service for a number of years and they recently had a change in ownership. The service since then has been mixed - sometimes very good and sometimes very bad. This week, they failed to show up at all, and when I emailed them that night, there was no response. Crickets. Talk about an infuriating customer experience! I called at noon the following day to discuss the situation and they dispatched a cleaner on Saturday morning, at the time I requested. Crystal Cook came (albeit 15 mins before our scheduled time) and cleaned my house very thoroughly. She even picked up the playroom which was a total disaster. Thanks so much, Crystal! You are perhaps the only reason I havent canceled my service altogether.

Ashley is an amazingly energetic worker. When she shows up at our house she actually seems eager to attack (and I mean that - attack!) our cleaning. She always does a good job. In addition, she is very mature and professional for her age. Just this morning, when we had an alternative time and day scheduled, she went out of her way to call before she came to the house to confirm that there was no mistake in the schedule she received since she knew our regular time/day.

Jen and Ryane came out today to do our scheduled cleaning. They did, as usual, a great job! Our house has some quirks (its a hundred years old, we have dogs that need to be aware of, etc.), but they handled all of it very well. I came home to a house that sparkled and felt clean. Hands down the best cleaning service around! I have never had a problem in setting up a cleaning appointment or how my place looks after they are done cleaning. The staff is amazing, and they do care about customer satisfaction. Also, great idea for a nice birthday or Christmas gift for your friends or family members as well!
