I just recently stopped using this company. We had several problems and felt they got resolved fairly. And quickly. This last time I called to tell them of a problem the team was in and out of my home way to quickly. The tile floors were sticky (a repeated problem). The house did not smell clean, there was cleanser buildup in the bathroom shower. But I always had toilet paper flowers. They do not make up for a lousy job. The office responded and dispatched the cleaning team back to my house. Unfortunately, the cleaning team was rude and disrespectful. These two women insisted they did a good job because the house in their words was filthy. Then they proceeded to trash us on the phone in Spanish. It was a very disappointing turn of events. Just have to say, go with a small independent who will care about the job you are paying them to do!
