I hired this company to clean my condo prior to a new tenant moving in. The condo is only 700 sqft, but they took an unusually long time to clean it. My new tenant was not very satisfied with the cleaning -- just okay (which seems to be common for most professional cleaners). They were not able to bring a ladder, so nothing high was cleaned. The cleaner broke the light fixture on the patio and informed my tenant. When I tried to get reimbursed for the $40 my handyman charged me to fix the light, they sent me a claim form in the mail (could not be sent electronically). Even though the maid informed my tenant she broke the light, they required a receipt to reimburse me. My handyman does not do formal invoices, so I was unable to be reimbursed. Seemed like common sense to me: cleaner informs client she broke light; client only asks for $40; reimburse client. Yes, if my handyman provided invoices, I could have been reimbursed.But overall experience with this company was not good, and I will not be using them in the future.

Maid Pro is a reliable cleaning service. I had them every 2 weeks for 4 years and was generally happy with their cleaning. However, having said that I have decided to go with private cleaners. As I am a seasonal person, and last year Maid Pro started sending me a different cleaner every time. As a result, some things go done 2x and others did not get done as the new cleaner did not know what the previous cleaner had done. Also the cleaners did not get to know the house or me so did not get to learn what I really wanted done. You are asked to phone the office if there is any change in requests, but I prefer to be able to talk to the cleaners directly. Many times that was not possible as there was a language barrier. I requested to have the same cleaner every time but my request went unheeded. The last day they were at my home, they did send the supervisor as they knew I was not happy with their service.

After 12 years of using recommendations from neighbors, always individuals working alone, often hard to reach, I gave up and found MaidPro on Angies List. The relief of knowing someone will show up and do the work...even booked months out, is HUGE! I dont think my house has ever been as clean as it was after the initial cleaning...they found nooks & crannies Id never seen. The friendliness & helpfulness, both on-line and on the phone has been great! And the women who come and clean my house are hard-working, polite and quiet. I have already suggested MaidPro to a neighbor, and will definitely do so in the future!

They really dropped the ball. I had arranged to have them clean in between renters after having pre-paid with a Groupon they told me the day they were suppose to be doing the cleaning that they couldnt do it. Now I have a renter that is mad at me! Poor management in my opinion to call at the last minute to say they cannot get it done when it was scheduled more than 2 months in advance. They best they could do was to come a week later. What is my renter suppose to do for that week live in a dirty condo? I will do my best to give them negative reviews and spread the word about their poor service.

We had MaidPro in after a disappointing experience with another service, which had supposedly done a "deep cleaning." They left dust on base boards and dirt in many other spots. Maid Pro came in and really impressed us with their professional approach and thorough cleaning. We signed up for bi-weekly visits. Maid Pro worked with us to get a schedule that suited our life style and we have been happy ever since! They even accommodated us when we had to change a date and their rates were comparable or less than the ineffective service we had before. Just great !! Sandy Lovelle

Too corporate they are not accountable for their mistakes and rely too heavily on their computer system. Dates and times and reminders were all a disaster. Twice they sent people that spoke no English and sent them when their offices werent open so I couldnt even translate. The last time the poor girl was there on the wrong day and I had guests. I tried explaining it was the wrong day hut she kept working while we tried to shuffle kids and babies and dogs around the house. It was their scheduling error and they offered a$20 credit. What a mess. I would never use them again!

I have been using MaidPro of Naples for more than a year now. My current cleaners, Victoria and Katisleivy, are simply amazing and so competent. Attention to detail is exceptional and they tackle some things I havent yet mentioned! I couldnt be more pleased with their work! They are prompt, kind and caring. Love them! I recommend MaidPro for your house cleaning needs - they are reliable and customer service is so easy to communicate with, which comes in handy when you have particular items that need special attention. 5 star plus rating.

I am editiing my review of last year to just say nothing has changed: I am still with Maid-Pro, very satisfied with my same Pro Concha and would still recommend Maid-Pro to anyone needing a house-cleaning service. I have been with Maid-Pro for several years and have had my "Pro" (Concha) for quite a while as well - I like her and trust her - and shes a hard worker too - in addition to being very good with my two big dogs! The customer service has always been easy to reach and accommodating and I would definitely recommend Maid-Pro.

Maidpro has given me a whole new "lease on life"! thanks to my wonderful pro, Silvia, I never have to worry about my home being clean - Silvia makes my home sparkle - shes a lifesaver! I would be lost without Maidpro - they take a huge lift off my shoulders! MaidPro has been an amazing company to work with. I had been given a gift certificate that I lost somewhere in my messy house (see how much I needed their help?), and they honored it, even though the gift certificate was expired. The customer service in the Naples office has been stellar, and the cleaning services have been thorough and efficient. The cleaning staff is diligent and very accommodating. I cant imagine a better experience with a company. I would recommend MaidPro with complete enthusiasm!

Why do you keep asking me to post a review? I ignored you the first TWENTY TIMES !! Whelp...here ya go! Your pricing kept changing, higher and higher for who knows why since I got connected and reconnected to different people with different pricing and different explanations that made absolutely no sense. Never got to the actual cleaning. Just trying to get a price from you people was exhausting . Squeaky Clean Co in Naples did a fantastic job, absolutely fabulous.
