DO NOT BOOK THIS CLEANER! Under ANY circumstance! The absolute worst business I have ever encountered. A brief glimpse into the headache I developed dealing with these low lives: booked them for an apartment cleaning, had a bag full of VERY expensive clothing ($2,000 worth) in the living room....after the cleaning the bag vanished! I even dug through the apartment dumpster TWICE to be sure it wasnt thrown away on accident! When I called and asked Dawn (apparently shes the only person who answers the phone/manager), she states the cleaners never saw the bag, didnt take it, didnt throw it away; all complete BS! Once she realized the company was at fault, she refused to answer my calls and multiple emails. This company either stole my clothing or threw them away, and LIED about the entire thing! DO NOT BOOK THIS CLEANER; YOU ARE BETTER OFF CLEANING YOUR OWN PLACE THEN DEALING WITH THESE SCUM BAGS!

Ive been using Maid To Clean for about 4 months now and they never let me down. The professionalism and quality of service continues to impress me. Ive had the same two girls clean my house each cleaning. They know exactly how to use their time wisely to clean the most needed areas in the house. Since my husband and I are on tight schedules, its important for the girls to be on time. As of yet, they have been on time every time. Fabian, the owner provides a follow up phone call to ensure we are happy with the services we received. We have used a few other cleaning companies in Orlando and never have we received this type of customer service. In my opinion, they company doesnt charge enough for their services. My husband and I look forward to a long lasting relationship with Fabian and his professional staff. I would recommend Maid to Clean to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable maid service.

I caught one of their employees stealing a newspaper from my driveway yesterday so I cant imagine what else she could be stealing from paying customers. I contacted the company and spoke with a nice woman who stated they were going to find out who it was. Later on I received a message from the owner saying that no one confessed and I must have the wrong company, and that all his employees are screened. I find this hard to believe as I used the contact information that was on the marked car that that the lady got in and out of. It is also possible to pass a screening if youve never been caught! I replied to the owner saying it was in fact his company and asked that the employee apologize. I will update this review if anything else happens. I am not saying that the company has a track record of higher thieves I just wanted to post my experience with one of their employees.

We used Maid to Clean for bi-weekly cleaning services and were initially very pleased, but service went down hill fast. The problems started when we noticed the crew was not staying for the full two hours we had paid for, and items were missed such as dusting chair rails around the house. Our biggest complaint is that our stainless steel stove finish was damaged due to improper cleaning and we were "compensated" with two free cleanings, for a value of $160. We let this slide, but should have canceled right then an there because a few weeks later our microwave was damaged and marks began appear on our walls. When asked how we would be compensated for these new issues we were simply told "sorry, you have already been given two free cleanings." We STRONGLY recommend you look elsewhere for professional cleaning services!

3 years using Maid to clean to clean and organize my house and they are the best acquisition I made for my home and my family. They are super dedicated, hardworking, trained, punctual, and the best I always have the same team. Because I am a little concerned with several different people cleaning my house, after much trying several other cleaning companies I decided to stay with Maid to Clean because I always have the same team of women and they are always fantastic. They are always on-time and if there is a change of the schedule they always contact me and let me know. They are professional and efficient. Lowest rates in Central Florida! The girls do an amazing job, and I love the green products that they use. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating, and the cleaners are polite and hard working! We have been using Maid to Clean for 3 years and we are so happy with the service!
