Didnt even make it past a phone call. I wanted to have my kitchen deep cleaned, including appliances moved out and cleaned around. Other companies I contacted had no issues with this but wanted to cover my bases with getting quotes, so I called molly maid. When I inquired about having the appliances moved, the rep on the phone came back that ovens are heavy, they this, that, etc.. So clearly they dont want to do any real work. I understand companies not wanting to work with gas connections, or had he said they dont do appliances due to on the job injury risk.. None of which were the case.

First time hiring a cleaning company, and it was worth it! I am very pleased with the results. My house had been under construction for several weeks, so it was due for a deep thorough cleaning. The team was very professional, courteous, and got the job done in a timely matter. I highly recommend them!

I have never used a company to clean, always used individuals. This company came into my house today and they rocked. My house is so clean. Smells good, looks good. Feels clean. They did not miss a beat. Very impressed. The crew was professional, positive, This was a great choice.
