This company does not stand behind its employees or the work that they do. I had their maid service for a couple of months before the maid damaged my hard wood floors by using a wet mop & liquid cleaner on it. The maid had not previously used liquid on my wood floors, but did on that day for whatever reason. The company advised me that they had insurance for those kinds of problems & to place a claim with their insurance carrier. When I did that, I was informed by their insurance company that they do not carry the coverage needed for the work that their maids perform. Everyone knows you dont mop hard wood floors with a wet mop. And surely a maid would know this. But here I am with damaged floors still not fixed. The owner refuses to accept this responsibility & make things right. Dont use this service if you want to keep your nice things nice. Apparently if their maid broke my grandmothers 100 year old vase, their insurance wouldnt cover that either!!!

Horrible customer service. I contacted them, gave my contact info and info for the job I needed; focus on 2 bathrooms and kitchen. I was told that it was a 3 hour minimum requirement and since the job was so small I could expect to have more than the 3 rooms cleaned. I was given a timeframe but I had to call to find out the date and time they actually scheduled. I did not receive a copy of the work-order, either, so I did not see what they told Cyndie to clean. Which was ONLY the 2 bathrooms and kitchen. It took 3 hours to do barely over 2 bathrooms. The floor was not finished as I had to leave for another appointment. The bathrooms were dirty, but not so dirty it would take over 2 hours to do them. They are small bathrooms. I would never recommend this company. But if you hire them, make sure to get a copy of the work-order. I had to give 1 star in order to post this review. They did not earn any stars from me.

The service is not worth what they charge you. We had them come clean our new home before we moved in. We outlined to the customer service rep that we wanted a deep clean before we moved in our furniture. He quoted me 5 hours to clean an empty house. Please note that they also charge you by man hours, not actual hours to clean. We had 5 ladies come out and clean the house for an hour. This was not made clear with the quote. They left dust on the shelves in the bathrooms and closets, cobwebs in the corners of the ceilings and windows, and bugs and dirt in the light fixtures. Our baby crawled across the hardwood floor after they left, and his hands and knees were black after a few minutes. Would not recommend, and will not be using them again.

Today, I had the pleasure of having Crystal and Sylvia clean my home. Crystal has been assigned to me for over two years and she always does an excellent job. She is polite, friendly and attentive to any special request that I make. She always notices when something extra needs to be done. Sylvia is relatively new to my home but exhibits the professional skill that I have come to associate with a Maid Pro employee. I am a long-time Maid Pro customer and I recommend their service frequently.

I have a busy office with a great deal of foot traffic and little time to always keep up with the cleaning .Maid pro cleans are office every week like clock work I couldnt recommend them enough. They are so accommodating and have always done a great job. the girls are great to allways carefull not to move or touch equipment ... if your looking for a trustworth , on time, accountable cleaning services this is the place. thanks again.

I have had MaidPro cleaning my house for about a year and a half. I have been very satisfied most of the time. Stacey regularly comes for my house cleaning and she is very nice and effecient when she is here. My only problem is when substitutes come for her. They are not always as conscientious as she is. Overall, I am very happy with MaidPro and I will continue to have them clean my house. Thank you MaidPro for being so professional!

Im a big fan of Rachel White and her cordial, hard-working team. I had lots of problems with other cleaning services in the past, so I have latched onto MaidPro. They do a fabulous job, and everyone they employ brings the highest level of professionalism and work ethic. I never have to ask twice for something. Anytime I need an extra cleaning project scheduled, they work me in right away. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Maid pro has been taking care of our housekeeping needs for over 7 years. For most of that time, Sandra has been assigned to our account. She always does a fantastic job and goes out of her way to make sure that we are happy and well taken care of. Keith and Rachael are always helpful in making any scheduling changes or taking care of special requests, such as cleaning our carpets. Highly recommend!

They do a good showing up on the stated day and providing a clean comfortable room when I arrive that evening. I do not know how many people arrive as I am never there. I typically leave my keys with the apartment manager and they are supposed to return them. Twice the keys have not made it back to me.

Brandy is the BEST!!! I couldnt ask for anymore. I love her. If u are looking to get cleaned amazly, request brandy. I have four young kids she cleans around them and makes it look like no kids are even there. Im sooooo happy.
