I used them for over two years and I really tried to be patient and kind until I realized I was spending over 5,000$ a year and not getting the service or promise I expected. The few ladies I met were very nice but unfortunately the same people were not cleaning my home. It got to the point where I would have to send pictures of dust and unclean floors as proof. I had other issues but its my fault for wanting to believe the best and hope that because of the length of my business I would be more appreciated. Unfortunately I went with another company. Make sure you check and follow up after each cleaning because if you do not point it out then they will continue to slack because they are getting away with it. I will not point out other issues but I am truly disappointed and not pleased by the lack of care and pride in offering a business and a service that they say on their website and fall very very short of expectations.

Was so pleased with BJK CLEANINGI negotiated a move-out cleaning with them using their Yelp deal and they were efficient, responsive, friendly and generally awesome. Since it was a move-out cleaning and I was pressed for time I didnt actually go see the end result, but heres what I can say... I was moving out of an apartment I had lived in for three years with a very hairy cat. That apartment was filthy. The nice girl who showed up to clean it didnt seem daunted in the least. The apartment is owned by a penny-pinching company who wouldnt hesitate to nickel and dime me for things left not up to snuff--and they couldnt find a thing wrong with the place! Thats worth five stars right there--I just leave you alone with my apartment and you do the work and I dont have to follow up and everything turns up roses? Awesomesauce.

Can you say disgusted? For $50 per hour for 2 cleaners, we are shocked and befuddled. They wanted $175 for 4 hours, but were here for 3 hours. I left home during the cleaning. When I returned, I had a cleaner walk with me from bathroom to bathroom. Dust and stains, I cleaned with toilet paper and water to prove a point. I was pissed with the master bathroom shower. Floor cleaned, glass streaked - soap dish and shower walls untouched. Called the office and was told "we dont do walls." What? She went back to car for cleaning products and rags, and got in the shower to clean the walls. I paid $150. THEN my husband came home. Floor behind the kitchen table. Untouched. He ran his fingers along TV stand in bedroom. Untouched. Behind sink bowl in guest bathroom. Untouched. Disgusted with BJK face emoji.

Being a Realtor & also managing a portfolio of rental properties Im always in need of cleaning services. My normal cleaners were backed up, therefore, I decided to try out BJK Cleaning Service. I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN! Im still unsure what they cleaned...the cabinets & drawers werent wiped out...the toilets & bathtubs were filthy...and floors werent clean. I called them to see if they would make it right and they refused. Please do yourself a favor and save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE CLEANERS...CONARTIST

30 min of the 2.5 hours I was paying for was used to talk on the phone. They were very rude and would not shut off their phones. Using my house as a charging station for their cell phones, and on top of that. They have cheap residential vacuum cleaners that broke and they had to keep stopping (15 min each time) to fix it. Eventually they had to use my vacuum cleaner. I didnt even know I owned one. If I didnt have one they would have not been able to vacuum my house at all.

Absolutely the best I have experienced. Upon arrival the team lead walked through my home and asked me to highlight those things that were important to me. The team was professional, quiet and very detail oriented. At the end of the process the team lead escorted me through the home to verify that my expectations were met. They were exceeded! Absolutely the best service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend you give them a try.

I am extremely pleased with the work performed by BJK at my home. We replaced our prior cleaning person almost a year ago and BJK has performed beautifully on every visit. We have a large house and pets and the ladies that clean for BJK are diligent, hard workers. On occasion, I have booked them extra time to help me organize closets or get ready for guests. I am particular --but they have met or exceeded expectations.

Came through in a pinch! Id just closed on a home and the prior owner left it in less than move-in condition. I was crunched for time as I needed to get moved in. Anawas able to get a crew out within the hour due to a prior cancelation. The 2-person crew got things cleaned up and ready for my family to move in. Id never used a cleaning service, but now...I may consider it on a more regular basis.

The first time they didnt have my address correct, no problem. The second time, I called the front desk to re-confirm my address. The third time, I re-confirmed again and asked to repeat it back to me. Now it is the fourth time and they still did not have my address correct in the system. Unacceptable! Its too bad their front-end staff are so poor because the cleaning staff was professional.

Not careful when cleaning your home or office. They spilled bleach on multiple rugs and also ruined my wood floors. They claimed it was cat urine that was 6ft x 4ft area. I am in the process of going through their insurance and they are battling me saying its not their fault. Be very careful when working with this company.

I called to discuss issues with the service and never recieved a call back. I called today and was told my problems were to old to address. One of the maids broke an otem in my bathroom in addition to the servicer not perform task as I felt they should be done.
