This company is terrible. They came in to clean a less than 1,000 sq ft area which was not that dirty. A lot of pet hair is always the problem in my house. I sleep late because of my work and they, (2 women who did not speak English) showed up about 2 hours early. They said they would come back but I felt bad because they had moved all their stuff to my front door and I didnt feel like making them come all the way back. I went to the other side of my house and shut the door and fell asleep. I did go in a couple times, one time I saw one just standing by a small table, she wiped it and walked out to me. My husband went in once and saw both of them texting. So about couple hours go by and I get a call from the office telling me that they need 4 more hours to clean the house. I go over and see a big mess, which I now realize was just all dirt swept into the middle of the rooms. I just said, "OK" The price they quoted with a coupon was $125. It ended up being $280. When I called to complain the next day the manager told me he wished I hadnt OKd the extra hours. I could have said, "NO" and whatever they didnt clean they would have to come back and clean for free. BUT they would give me no money back because that was not their policy. I found out that they pay their workers $12/hour to start. I can see the motivation for their workers to waste time. I also think that the person who spoke to me on the phone, the salesperson might make money depending on how much my bill is too. I also found out that this company makes the most money than all other maid companies in Florida. They should be paying their workers much better and not by the hour. Had these women not wasted time and only got paid for the 3.5 hours that they were supposed to work they would have made only $42 each for that day. That is way below poverty wages and for that they should be ashamed.

Updated: I have been contacted by MaidPro and was offered a re-cleaning. Unfortunately I had to take care of this myself already - no need to re-clean. We arrived at a mutually agreeable solution in the end. I have revised my review from 1 to 3 stars due to their customer service department making an effort to do right by the customer. Original Review: Let me be frank - I am not impressed. When I hired a service that charged nearly $50 an hour I was under the impression that I would get a house that is clean like a 4 star hotel - instead I barely have a Motel 6 here. Yes, by and large the main surfaces are clean. But that doesnt take much time or effort, and definitely not $50/hr of effort. The grout on the kitchen counter is dirty and still has the same coffee stain from two days ago. The corners of the bathroom are not swept. The toilet is only passably clean. The bathroom fixtures have plenty of stains and dirt on them - in the easy to reach spots!! (I wont even mention the nooks and crannies) The carpet was not vacuumed behind the bedroom door. The mirrors are dirty. And the 4 1/2 hours only covered three rooms at this quality, I had to extend to get the same lackluster treatment for the guest bath. Since I have guests arriving early tomorrow morning I will spend the rest of the night cleaning my house, a job for which I paid this company the equivalent of a weeks wage at the current minimum wage -- and I bet I would have a cleaner house if I had hired somebody for an entire week at that rate.

I have used Maid Pro every 2 weeks for 1 1/2 years. My husband and I absolutely love their service. They keep our house sparkling clean, and they are so good at cleaning everything, and I never notice anything they missed. One of the things we have noticed on our neighborhood website, is people are always looking for a recommendation of a maid as their maid quit. We do not have to worry about losing our maid, as every 2 weeks Maid Pro makes sure someone comes to clean our home, and we dont have to hassle about things not being done right. MAID PRO SEEMS TO GET IT RIGHT CONTINUOUSLY! Maid Pro has been wonderful about sending us the same exceptional employee. Her name is DORIS and she does an unbelievable job every 2 weeks. She never misses anything that I have to touch up, and she always adds something new to our decor, such as folding our towels in a more attractive display or placing decorative pillows in different positions. She also adds her special touch to our tissue boxes and other small items. My husband especially loves the way DORIS makes up the beds. He always asks if Doris is coming when we get the call she is at our gate requesting access. I had Maid Pro cleaning service when I previously lived in Texas, so I know for a fact that DORIS IS AN AMAZING MAID PRO EMPLOYEE!!!

I had a one time deep clean to prepare a condo for sale. I was very impressed with their service. Ladies arrived at the beginning of the window I was told and were very efficient at completing their work. It was some of the small touches that put it over the top. I move some items from the floor to the top of my unmade bed to get them out-of-the-way. When I returned they had moved the items, made the bed and then put them back. I love that they will remove the personal items from your sink top or other counters clean them and then put everything right back where it was . While I dont want to leave a bunch of clutter to inconvenience them, it is nice to know that I can live my life and not have to do a ton of prep to have the cleaners come .

Absolute horrible cleaning service. Charged for a 5 hour clean and the first girls they sent in could only have been there an hour. Had to call in and have them send another person out to clean what the first crew didnt clean. The second girl did a great job but we lost 2 1/2 hours of our day having to sit and wait while she cleaned what the previous crew didnt. MaidPro still had the nerve to charge for the full 5 hours. Not a chance I would use there service again.

I have never hired a cleaning service before. I recently purchased a new home and it needed a thorough cleaning. I am happy to say that I am very very pleased with the work that Erika Pinacho did at my residence. She showed early and worked later than was expected. She paid close attention to detail and was very courteous. I am looking forward to her coming back again. I will definitely recommend MaidPro to others. Thank you very very much!!!!

We just recently moved to Florida and were unsure of a cleaning service vs an individual. Are we ever glad we chose this way to go! These people are very professional. Their employees are bonded, you dont have to show them what to do either. They have a 42-point check list and believe me, they know what to do! Additional services above the check list are available if you need something extra done. Im sold! And Im sticking with MaidPro!
