Had two cleanings from them, listed as their deep cleans with a breakdown of what should happen with each. The first time it took them 3 hours, the second cleaning, less than two. The second time they didnt even mop the floors throughout the house. OR sweep it seems as there are still large particles of stuff on the floor and stains in the kitchen. They failed to wipe down the kitchen counters too. For a company that charges more than two other cleaning services in the area, and promises to do soooo much more than the competitors, to fail to do even the most cursory of cleanings, is ridiculous. They had a great sales pitch, but no follow-through. Do not use...They also failed to wipe baseboards (listed as something done during deep cleans), empty some trash cans, not a put a trash bag in any trash can they emptied (both times), mop the floors, sweep the floors, wipe the counters, wipe the fridge (exterior), clean our glass door (which we paid more for them to do), and god knows whatever else. Dont use this company if you want a clean house.

The "sale" and presentation were great. The actual services, were not. It was very clear these two ladies (very nice) were not professionals and did not really "clean" for a living. It took 2 of them 6 hours in my home and they still managed not to get everything and what they did was not 100% either. No real uniforms and they looked sketchy to me. One of the 2 disppeared for about 3 hours mid-day and eventually came back. I have a standard 3 bedroom house, no way it takes 2 people 6+ hours to clean. If this is how this company screens staff, I dont want anything to do with it. I never had them back in my house. Positively awful service. Cleaning is not rocket science, but you do have to care about what youre doing and take it seriously. Beware of this company.

I am a new customer and they did not show up for my appointment. I left work early to make sure I was home and my time was wasted. I called and left a message saying I didnt have anyone show up and I did not receive a call back. I called again and the person said she would send a message to the office. Again, no return call. I called one last time and the answer was that they had no idea what happened. I would think a company with new owners would take special care of new customers. I do not recommend this company.

I will NEVER use them again. I called them three weeks ago and of course they had an excuse. The price is ridiculous. $80 an hour isnt with it. I was given a price before they sold the business at $60 every two weeks. They didnt even finish there work. I refuse to pay!!!. My 10 year old could do better. Im not satisfied at all with the work.

They have done a solid job cleaning our two story home with little instruction ahead of time. I thought they were our best option for the Lakeland area. The ownership is responsive, especially via email.
