I have used Royal Maid Service for 3 years now, and I continue to be impressed with their quality of work and professional treatment of customers. I love coming home after they have cleaned- everything looks and smells clean and fresh. And I never worry when I am not home and they are cleaning. They are very honest and trustworthy. Last week one of my glasses was broken by accident... it was immediately reported to me, and within 1 week a new one was shipped to my doorstep. This is exceptional these days... it would have been easy to just throw the glass away and claim ignorance. I believe this speaks volumes to the quality of people who clean for Royal Maids as well as the owners. I would recommend them to anyone!

I have used several maid services in the past, but nothing compares to the excellent quality of service I received with the Royal Maids. They were professional and friendly from the first call, providing me with an immediate estimate to thier punctual arrival for the clean. They arrived exactly when they said they would and I was shocked that they had actually taken on board all the requirements I had specified on the estimate. I would definately use them again.

It was expensive, which would be fine if they did a good job. When they left there was water all over my bathroom floor and it ruined my sticky tile. Also after they left I realized a bunch of things that they missed. Not a fan. Use another service.

Had this service for awhile but they are only good for a light cleaning. They dont take feedback or constructive criticism well and will get rude with you. Very unprofessional and will up prices out of spite. Not worth the frustration.
