Very disappointed in the service. Found a handful of dirt, hair and grime behind the door in the master bath. And the hair left on the back of the toilet seat cover says it all (it wasnt like that before they came). Cant help but wonder what they used to wipe it ... yuck. Took pictures so I could show them but no one ever called or emailed to see if we were satisfied. The grime on the shower listello tile from the soap dish was never touched. They did not clean behind the small appliances on the counters and the cabinet doors werent cleaned. The floors were not cleaned to my satisfaction, I think they didnt refill the water and just spread the dirt around. I filled out two surveys and never heard back from them. But ... they managed to call two weeks later to confirm their next visit which I refused. We paid way too much ($145) for this substandard job. They have no quality assurance in place at all which is unacceptable.

they do NOT live up to what they advertise, we went through the first two weeks for our so called "deep cleans" @150 bucks each time. So disappointed in what was actually done, there was no deep clean, streaky floors, dusty window sills and baseboards etc.. the more we looked the more we saw they did not do. The never touched the doors or frames or any place that took any degree of effort. When we told them after the first time and they said the second week will get it and they missed it all again we are done with them and back out looking for a weekly cleaning service any recommendations?

Extremely disappointed!!! Poor customer service and lack of professionalism. The owner was not willing to correct his bad business after being inconvenienced by him for 2 days and an incomplete job. At least The Cleaning girls were pleasent! Will never do business again. Charged way too much for way too little. Your response is a complete lie, I never asked you to keep it under any certain time. In fact I told you everything I wanted to be done and you suggested the time frame. Again, another move that shows the unprofessionalism I stated in my earlier review.

My husband and I met with Sean last week, very professional yet friendly. After a walk through of our home, He explained all work to be done and frequency. We received price quotes and were informed who and when would be calling to start our service. Today Christina, Margarita and Sami came out to clean. Oh my God I am so happy, they did such a wonderful job ,..they were all very nice, yet professional. Our home is so nice and clean without any harsh awful smelling cleaning products !!! If you are looking for a great company, this is it !!!

Customer feedback is welcomed and addressed. The staff are hard workers who take pride in their service. They are trustworthy and respectful of property. We notice the attention paid to detail. Professional company, very detailed list of what they are supposed to clean and when for detailed cleanings. One of the most important things are that the employees are THEIR employees! these are not 1099 contracted, come as they go, they actually work exclusively for The Cleaning Authority. They are trained and insured. Owner is very professional and relies on great customer service to hit your satisfaction. Would highly recommend.

Jill and Sarah did a great job. They were nice and hard working. Really appreciate it. Thanks! I would give 5 stars if it was part of their job to clean windows and the oven. I find it odd that sliders and ovens are not a part of a deep clean. It makes a huge difference to how clean a house looks when the windows are properly cleaned (not just touched up).
