The Maids is a local business that provides a very friendly and excellent cleaning service. The staff in the office is very helpful and made sure I really understood what I was buying. Since this was my first time hiring a cleaning service and it was for my elderly parents, I had a lot of questions and also did not know what to expect. Each person I spoke with took their time with me and made sure to ask me questions about what my parents needed, had a hard time doing themselves, and what their routine was. The first time I called lasted probably 30 minutes before we even talked about price. They billed by the hour, send a team of four, and come with all the equipment and cleaning supplies needed. My parents home was quoted 1.5-2 hours for a 3 bed, 2 bath home. We also asked them to clean the inside of closets and appliances (throwing out expired food if they found any), so it needed a little extra time to do. I took the evening to think about it since it was an investment and I had to convince my parents this was a good idea. I called back the next morning and got someone else. However, after giving my name they had my information and we were able to pick right back up where my previous conversation left off. I had just a few more questions and then decided to book the clean. We found a date pretty quickly and I was off the phone in about 10 minutes. They called the day before the clean to remind me of the appointment and to give me the estimated time the team would arrive. It was something around 2 hours they would arrive. The day of the clean, the office called my parents when the team was on their way so they had time to prepare themselves. It was something they just took upon themselves to do; I did not even request it. I was not present for the clean itself but my dad said the team arrived with all their stuff and got right to work. The leader of the group introduced each of the ladies and did a quick walk through to make sure they had everything covered. They cleaned the living room first so my parents had a place to go while they cleaned the rest of the home. According to my dad they were super-efficient and scrubbed every nook and cranny. They took time to even fold some laundry that was just lying over chairs in their bedroom. Once the team was wrapping things up the leader asked my dad to do a walk through with her to make sure everything was to his liking. He noticed a few things and she immediately wiped it up or had a team member fix it right away. He was amazed at how quickly she responded to his requests. The day after their clean, I was called to make sure everything went well and if I needed anything else. They also emailed me the invoice for the clean the same day as I requested. I sent an email back letting them know that it was a wonderful experience and to thank them for all the follow-up. It was a wonderful first experience with a cleaning company and I cannot thank them enough for the relief and job they did. I have their number saved for future reference if I ever find myself in need again.

I called into The Maids for a quick rental clean that I needed that same day. I was in a real hurry and the young lady must have heard it, since she asked very concise questions to make sure all my bases were covered and she could give me the most accurate answers. All I needed was a clean of a 2 bed, 2 bath up and down and I needed the inside of all cabinets, closets and inside of the fridge done. She said it was very doable and would take something around 1-1.5 hours at their hourly rate. I was skeptical but it was a team of four and they had everything they needed. When I said I needed it today, without missing a beat she said DONE! There was a cancellation and she could have the team to me by mid-afternoon. When the team arrived I let them in and then quickly took off to run some errands. I told them how to lock-up in case I wasn’t back yet and asked that they made it move-in ready for my new tenants. Well I got it and then some. All the wood work, counters, and cabinetry were scrubbed. The chrome hardware was shining and the floors were spotless. I mean looked like new spotless! I could not believe the job they did. They even let me know that a few light bulbs had burned out and needed replaced. One less thing for me to worry about later! This was an excellent service and I will definitely be using them again. The whole experience was professional and just wonderful. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to quickly flip a house or in need of a fresh start.

I hired cleaning service for an overall general cleaning of one level of my condo today: one bedroom, one and a half baths, kitchen, dinette, and laundry. It took four women two hours to complete the job. At first glance everything looked great, but later this evening when I was getting ready for bed I noticed that that master bathroom was still dirty. They cleaned the vanity, shower, and toilet bowl, but the mirror, light fixture, sink faucet, and floor are still filthy, especially the floor around the toilet. I was going to clean it all again myself but after paying $277 I decided to leave it dirty and will call them first thing in the morning to complain. They have two options: come back to complete the job correctly or refund a portion of what I paid them. Guess you need to follow up with a fine toothed comb before letting them leave your home. I probably wont use them again.

We utilize the Maids on a weekly basis and let me just tell you it is such a relief to know my home is being maintained even when I cannot be around. We have 4 kids and full time jobs making even the basic of cleaning almost impossible. Our team keeps everything so perfect! I mean, our baseboards are spotless, furniture is dusted, and the floors are shining. The kitchen is always the worst room in our home, and I am always amazed at the work they do in there. It’s so nice to have the house ready for when unexpected company arrives. The office staff is also accommodating to our changes and need for extra cleans. Overall, a wonderful company to work with. I don’t know what we would do without the Maids. They have allowed us to have our freedom back within our own home.

Firstly the team arrived on time and in uniform. They provide all their own supplies & equipment, the service was easy to schedule over the phone, with good availability. My daughter likes the patterns left in the carpets when they had vacuumed. The house smelt great when I walked in. They team I had took direction well and completed all requests with excellence I liked the little details in the bathroom too. They utilize a 22 step cleaning process which included cleaning windows & baseboards. Very happy with my first ever cleaning service and would highly recommend "Team Peach" My only request would be for the team to wear overshoes next time.
