We have been spending 4 weeks in Cape Coral at Christmas time for the last 6 years now, and the last thing we want to do is to clean ... So we looked for a reliable and trustworthy cleaning company and "Royal maids" were recommended, and we have never looked back since. Their service is first class, all the girls are great, and the owners really listen to what you require and provide the service that you need, I would have no hesitation in recommending them , I really look forward to my holidays now, as I know everything will be sorted for us before we get there and during our stay, one less worry. Thank you royal maids !!!

They were incredibly rude to my mother who suffers from severe fibro and has trouble cleaning. They made rude comments and cleaned things they were told not too and wasted their time. They didnt honor their coupon for 10$ off their first three services. They canceled their service once and then failed to show up another time with no phone call or knock on the door. When my mother told the owner how she felt about the experience the owner hung up on her and the maids walked out leaving her home unlocked. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. I would rate them a 0 if I could.

I have been using Total Maid for over a year now and they have always done an incredible job. Maria is one of my favorites and she is very detailed oriented. If you dont like the way they are doing something or the way they didnt do something all it takes is simple communication with the ladies and the problem is solved. They are great and I would recommend them to my friends and family. I do business with Royal Maid from a referral. Theyre great!

I have been using Royal Maids for a year and a half now for a rental property. I was looking for reliability and most importantly, an impeccable cleaning job... I got both on Royal Maids!! Extremely reliable and I get so many compliments on how clean the house is... I couldnt ask for more! Owner is very flexible and easy to work with, she gets back to me very quickly and I can be sure the job gets done and gets done right. Highly recommend

Had maid service on Monday (vacuum, dust, scrub, put on sheets, etc.), house was unoccupied all week until Saturday. Saturday night discovered infestation of tiny beetles (at first thought they were bed bugs), particularly in bed which was made up by maids. Cant believe they werent noticed during cleaning. Also missed several spider webs around cornice molding in hallway. Expected better.

I noticed these reviews have been posted for quite a long time and feel they do not give a proper representation of Royal Maids. Weve used them for over a year now and have been 100% satisfied. The owners are alway available to hand any questions, problems or last minute cleanings. Ive recomended Royal Maids to my friends, family and a local property manager without hesitation.

Outstanding service and professional attitude. They are on time and always perform as requested and agreed upon before hand. I have a hectic travel schedule and rely on them to keep my place neat and clean so that I dont have to spend my off hours "married" to a mop and broom. You really need to hire someone after their service is done, very dirty job, careless, 2 ladys walk around with a duster, never bother to use the wipe, or use water, spider web everywhere, $200 for 2 hours of dirty service.

The maids are a strange bunch, and one in particularly is a foul-mouthed sloppy drunk with personal problems. I would never have them near my house, much less "cleaning" it.

Owner is rude and smells like an ashtray. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. No regard for people at all. Would go to Merry Maids instead.
