Maidpro can be very friendly and helpful unless one of their employees breaks something...In January, a Maidpro employee was in my home cleaning and must have dropped something in my bathroom sink, because there was a huge break in the marble. I called Amanda (owner) immediately while the employee was still in my home and was reassured that they had insurance to take care of these types of things. Well, fast forward until April and they refuse to address this issue and denied our claim via a letter in the mail. Ive called several times and was told that Mark (Amandas husband) was in charge of the claims, but 4 months later and he still refuses to call or speak to us regarding this issue. I called again and sent another email, and got an email reply stating that we should be receiving a letter in the mail.....STILL no one will speak to us. This is the second time the same employee (Nancy) broke something in our home, but the first time we filed a claim order. It is extremely frustrating dealing with people who refuse to accept responsibility for damage done by their employee. If you think choosing Maidpro is a good idea because they are bonded and insured...WRONG. We are taking them to court, hopefully the legal system will seek justice for us.

Severely poor service. I have worked in apartments for a decade using all sorts of cleaners and I have found this service to be one of the poorest overall in both quality of service and their attitude towards criticism of their work. In my opinion, homeless men on the street washing windows with sewer water and dirty rags have a cleaner end product than this service. I could post tons of photos showing residue, water marks, altogether missed pieces, and more poor cleaning. When confronted about the lack of professional results, they offered to send someone for one additional hour, and complained that they were being directed to clean items they had already cleaned (but clearly had not done well enough in the initial service). I would not recommend this service to my fiercest competitor in hopes that they would lose money on poor cleaning. Even the people I despise deserve a better company cleaning for them than this one.

It is refreshing to finally find a company that does what they say they are going to do, and does it very well. MaidPro has been nothing but stellar in my experience. My wife and I have a 3 bd 2bth house and MaidPro is able to clean it in 3 short hours. Their special touches (folded towels, clean scent, decorative tissues, covered vacuums to prevent any marking on base boards or furniture, etc...) really make a difference. If you are in the market for a cleaning service, you would be doing yourself an injustice by not giving MaidPro a chance to impress. The people are amazing. I am always notified days prior to my cleaning date. I have never had an issue with billing. I am comforted in knowing the people coming to my house have been vetted and are trustworthy. My current cleaning professional is friendly and professional. She is all about the clean. She makes sure I am completely satisfied with everything.

I LOVE MAIDPRO. They have made my life sooooo much easier and less stressful!! Their prices are extremely fair for the amazing cleaning services they provide. Ive tried other places like molly maid when I was unemployed and received promotions, and they just made me miss maidpro so much. Everywhere else in the area overcharges and the clean doesnt even come close to maidpros cleans. The staff is incredible. I do weekly cleans, and Ive had at least 5 different maids do the cleans, and they are all exceptional. And I love that they dont use bleach or any harsh chemicals! Their extremely prompt, and really good at following up, reminding you of upcoming cleans. Seriously, if you need your house or apartment cleaned call maidpro its more then worth it!!!

We first became MAIDPRO customers when they opened in MetroWest and followed them to Winter Garden. We "LOVE" them! We have used other cleaning companies in the past but never 100% pleased, until we tried MAIDPRO! We currently have "Theresa" as our cleaning person and we LOVE her and her work. Theresa goes "above and beyond" with our expectations. Its great coming home from work on Friday to a freshly clean house! We are so pleased with MaidPro Winter Garden, that we used them in our office to give as a "gift" for our employees at Christmas. You cant beat their SERVICE or their PRICE! Thank you! I recommend MaidPro West to anyone who needs a professional, courteous, and a very efficient cleaning service. Nancy and Jasmine do an excellent job at cleaning our house and making sure that we are happy with the service before they leave. Tina, the manager follows up with an email after each visit and makes sure that you are happy. They dont use harsh chemicals and are very careful around small animals and/or infants. The prices are very reasonable for the quality service that they provide. Dont be fooled by cheap cleaning services... you always get what you pay for. I rarely give As and I gave MaidPro West Orlando an A++

I am lucky to have found MaidPro Winter Garden! It is great coming home to a clean house after a long day at work. I have been a customer for about 5 years. Mandy and her team do an outstanding job. Their communication is key. From the pre-service reminder to the note on my counter and the follow up call after the service, I am impressed. Any requests I have made have always been accommodated. The rare times there has been an issue, it was taken care of, no questions asked. You cant go wrong with service from MaidPro Winter Garden!

I have had three service dates. The first was amazing, with the concern the two ladies took to understand what I wanted. The second was when I met Carmen! My dear, sweet, Carmen! Her English is improving, but her heart is amazing! Her skills are impeccable! and I trust her explicitly to care for my home while I am away, which isnt often, so Im not used to it! In particular, Lisa Calabro is the MaidPro professional I would like to mention. Lisa is the BEST cleaning professional we have ever had and continues to impress and "raise the bar" of cleaning every time she does our home. Deborah jan 17, 2012 we had previously had the same maid for for 25 years so we were concerned that we wouldnt be able to find someone who was dependable and through. We were also concerned that we had 4 large dogs in the house and that presents its own set of issues. Maid Pro has bent over backwards to accomodate our needs and done it beautifully for 15 months now. I find Lisa to be a warm, easy person who takes a great deal of pride in the work she does; she is very meticulous and we appreciate her work.
