BEWARE of this company. They do not care about their customers. I have had a designer Louis Vuitton purse stolen by their staff and they are doing nothing about it. I requested to speak with the owner Syd & never got a call back after a confrontation in my home. The cleaning girl started a fight with me one day because I had asked her to clean the sliding glass doors as she was leaving. They had been cleaned every time they came before but this time she "couldnt get stung by a bee". I had never heard this before from them and there were no apparent bees that would sting them... Mind you I live in a $650,000 home and everything is very well taken care of so if there were any chance of bees they would have been taken care of seeing my husband and I are highly allergic to them. When I told the cleaning girl I was calling the office to ask about this she got very mouthy and aggressive with me and I had to ask her to leave my home. I called in to speak with the staff and was upset and shaken up... so yes, I did use some language I should not have but I was the one being violated in MY HOME! I never got a call back from anyone about the instance and I did not call to have them clean again. Months later I am packing to go on vacation and notice one of my purses was missing. It was in a place no one would have known so I know they were rooting around in my things. Who knows what else they may have taken.... we have too much to count. When I did call in to talk to the owner I never got a call back then either. I had to call 2 more times for him to return my call. Excuses of him being out of town... yea right! I did speak to him he seemed very nice at the time and asked me to file a police report so he could submit it to the insurance company. I did and sent it to him. MY BAD... Not only do I NOT GET A CALL BACK from him but he sent me a nasty letter in the mail telling me he spoke with his staff that was at my home that says "the recount of the interaction between you and them that day in your home is entirely different than what you stated in your police report" First of all, you only get to type in so many words when you file online so of course I didnt have enough space to write it all down. Secondly, how convenient of them to have a different story. They made off with a $1800 purse. He also says, "the team that was in your home that day has been employed by me for over 2 years and they have NEVER had an accusation of a theft prior to cleaning your home and well as since cleaning your home". I find this to be a lie because I have also spoken to over 10 people who say they have had theft from this company. They switch up teams so you never know who is coming so maybe it wasnt those particular girls but someone from that company stole it. I have not hired anyone since because honestly I feel like I was violated in my home and now do not trust anyone else. And, it couldnt have just walked off on its own. I used them for almost 2 years... wonder what else they felt entitled to take. He goes on in the letter to say that "I have also spoken with my 2 staff members that took your phone calls that day and they well documented in our computer system the language you used with them that day. UH YEA! I WAS BEING TREATED IN A WAY THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE IN MY HOME! Who wouldnt be shaken up and pissed off????? Not to mention, the cleaning girl stood on my door step screaming for quite some time after I shut the door. All in All, my advise for anyone looking to hire this company - NO BUENO! unless you want bad service, rushed cleanings and an owner who doesnt care to do the right thing. Another tip... before hiring anyone to come into your home get a copy of their insurance policy & the phone number so that if something like this happens to you you dont have to hire an attorney for $300 to write a letter of demand to find out who to contact. Incredibly disappointed, will never, ever use Molly Maids again. I spent 5 hours that night cleaning everything they missed & had to reschedule the appt. for the real estate photographer to come the following day. We were moving, and I expected them to clean the house especially well, for that reason. All I got was the bare minimum. Things that were not done: Did not clean Fridge or microwave. Only cleaned some of the outside windows. Left the others as they were. (The biggest & most used sliding door was left dirty) Didnt vacuum one room (theres only 3 carpeted rooms) Didnt vacuum door mats (dog fur) Didnt dust entertainment center (only a tv, no stereo or wires or anything) Didnt clean big window in front of the house- dining room (there were still bugs on window sill) Didnt dust behind bookcase Laundry room was left dirty

Very Happy with Molly Maid. I had the ladies at my home this week and was very happy with their work so I called the office to tell them and they asked me to do a review for them, which Im happy to do. My two Mollys were polite, friendly and asked me to tell them what special areas I wanted them to focus on, I have never had any other company ask me this and I was very impressed. The people in the office are so nice to deal with and listened to what I wanted when I set up the cleaning, Im looking forward to using them again next month. Thanks, Sheila

They are polite and are always happy to go that extra step to ensure that you are extremely happy with your home after it is cleaned. Molly Maids of Orlando and Seminole County is awesome. I called them after my Mom was gone for several months caring for my ill brother who subsequently passed away. They were able to accomodate us immediately. They sent a 2 person crew out to clean. They girls arrived right on time and did a fantastic job. They took extra care to clean each and every part of my Moms house. In turn, she hired them to clean every month.
