The branch that covers the Orlando FL Dr Phillips area. is run by people who do not value customer service. I requested a different cleaning crew after my favorite cleaning specialist left in December 2015. I did not receive consistent emails notifying me of the visits, which were every four weeks for a good dusting/cleaning. Since Jan through May 2016 my house became increasingly dusty. I found I had to clean/dust baseboards, wall decor & pictures AFTER they left. I even told them the candles in the wall decor were still dusty after they left, as well as the surface of the piano. They did not return my call nor setup a new crew. I never heard back from them. So I guess I was fired - a paying consistent customer expecting consistent communication is apparently too much to expect. We have become a society accepting mediocrity. After 25 years of using Molly Maids when I am at my busiest is no longer viable. I will NOT use them in Orlando FL again. They dont care.

Extremely poor experience They scratched our glass dooors N instead of owning up to their mistake Telling us we did it Are they out of their mind if we hv time to clean our glassdoors why wuld we hire maid service Please beware of them they ruin your house n dont own up n all the good reviews r by owners themselves mr charles Shame on them I m complining to Bbb

Im over the top picky about cleaning which is why I always do it myself. Because of a hectic schedule I needed help. It was easy to schedule and the Molly Maid crew that came was amazing! Now Im probably going to have them come back at least once a month. Excellent service all around!

I like the customer service - very friendly and efficient - from the owner/office staff. I really REALLY like that they have sent the same (wonderful) team to my house for every cleaning. The team does a great job with the cleaning and they arrive promptly.

Worst they pay the cleaners minimum wage so expect a minimum wage job..if your looking for a housekeeper. Best bet go on thumbtac you will get a great 1...thad wont over charge you.
