Honest group--they found (and returned) my wedding ring that has been lost over four years (it was lost before we hired Complete Cleaning). Last week after their team left, it was sitting on my dresser. I about cried. I had long ago given up hope on ever finding it. Im writing this review to help those who might be on the fence, or who are skeptical of glowing reviews. They are the real deal. The good reviews are well-deserved. I cant comment on the negative reviews, I suppose everyone has a bad day. Below is my personal comprehensive review. I want to be thorough for those who are into research like me :) This is not the first time the Complete Cleaning team has gone above and beyond the call of duty. They are a locally owned business, and as another reviewer pointed out, their turnover is low. I too have noticed and been impressed by this. They have faithfully cleaned our home for nearly three years. When hiccups happened (and I can tell you, it was always on my end that the mistake was made), they were gracious and worked with us. I think thats a huge benefit to locally-owned businesses...you are neighbors with each other. Examples of their service include: - When my baby was a newborn they helped schedule around her naps - When I request, they will text me to let me know they are on my way to my home - When they showed up and I forgot my appointment was that day, they were kind and gave me courtesy as I worked fast to get out of their way - They descend with a team of smiling, happy, kind ladies, and one goes to each room ready to tackle cleaning it...that level of kindness was never experienced when we worked with other companies - Their team works hard, and is polite, with good attitudes. Also something rare in their industry. They have found a way to recruit and retain a dedicated group. - In three years only one small item has been broken and they offered a fair credit - When I call about anything, questions or follow up, I talk to the owners themselves. And they are always courteous - They follow up in 24 hours nearly all of the time - When I made a major scheduling mistake, they were above and beyond patient in a situation that would have escalated with most other companies...and resolved it peacefully and fairly - Occasionally to say "thank you" for our several years of business with them, little extras will be cleaned. Once was a houseful of clean windows, I was blown away. I never expect for them to do anything like that, but its such a welcome surprise when it happens My hope is that these details and information will help someone else make the decision to hire a company that gives them hours back in their day, is professional, and above all, is honest and fair. Heres to clean houses and more free time :)

Complete cleaning service is amazing! I have been using their service for eight years and I cannot say enough good things about them. Obviously since Ive used them for so many years, I am completely happy with not only their expertise and reliability but also with their honesty and integrity! Im kind of picky about my house, so this kind of means a lot! I cannot tell you how wonderful it is to come home to a sparkling clean house after working a 14 hour shift and know that on my day off I get to actually relax! So I guess what Im saying is not only are they reasonably priced, exceptionally wonderful hard-working people, but also they have given me hours back to my life that I would have spent slaving away doing something I dont enjoy! On occasion my day off falls on my cleaning day and I actually get to sit on the couch and watch them work so hard! Im glad it is a team and not a single person but you would have to sit and watch clean your house all day (and feel guilty or feel like you should help!) It is nice that they are in and out so quickly and dont disrupt your entire day off. You dont realize what goes into a job like that till you actually watch them in person. The supervisor is always going behind them making sure that everything is done to a superior level. Each of the people that are cleaning know their jobs very well and are so efficient its amazing to watch! I have to admit that I do not believe my house would be as clean as it is even if I was a stay at home person and did it all day every day. They just know exactly what to do and how to do it and the results are nothing short of wonderful! My dealings with the managers, when I have had to change an appointment or something, have always been professional and honestly, Ive never had an issue. Like I said before I cannot sing their praises enough, and I more than highly recommend them.

These people really know what they are doing! I have never been happier! I have had house cleaning help in the past because my family is pretty messy and dirty, and was always uncomfortable with a lady coming in all day, chit chatty about her life story, feeling like I should help her, unreliable etc. These folks come in a super cleaning team - in and out in no time at all - leaving your home spottless! Seriously - they clean every nook and cranny and leave my house smelling amazing and sparkling! There is the owner who supervises everything so I dont have to say "excuse me, can you do this" or "perhaps did you miss this?" uncomfortably - nope - he checks behind them and pitches in working with them and makes sure everything is perfect! I can just sit back and relax! The price is beyond reasonable and like I said - they are in and out so fast it really doesnt mess up your whole day! They even schedule their arrival and are on time! I feel so good about them that I have let them come when I am not even at home - very trustworthy company - and the job is just as excellent when I am not there as when I am home! Have never had anything taken or broken, never found a cob web or anything they have missed! They are just great at what they do for me and my family! I cannot say enough nice things about this company and their employees! Having them come clean makes it possible for me to put my energy towards cooking and crafts - things I LIKE to do! Complete Cleaning Service has really got their customers needs down to a fine science and I will be a loyal customer forever! I highly recommend them!

NO IDEA HOW TO CLEAN! Who knows how they have good marks so far, maybe because they have not done many "move out" cleanings. They did not clean doors, light switches, baseboards or window sills. They also left little pieces/piles of trash around the house, like wrappers they found or little bits of paper. The furniture was not moved, so there was still vacuuming left to do after they left. If you only use them once they require cash so there was no real recourse for me, I called and was insulted about my house in general saying "it was too dirty to help". Which is so far from the truth. The "manager" came over to clean what was left and even after she was done I had to go back over the house and found so much was still missed. She told me she scrubbed things and it wouldnt come off. All I did was take a cloth and the same spot would wipe right off. The "manager" then proceeded to insult her whole crew saying she did everything and that she cant really manage all of the people that help her on a job. So why is she a manager?? DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!
