If I could give them negative stars, I would. They were atrocious. Showed up 45 minutes late, after getting a guaranteed arrival time of 8:30. They only vacuumed ONE room and cleaned one of my 2 bathrooms. Did not clean my floor, oven, etc. My house was empty- this should have been the easiest job in the world for them. In the end, I was charged for 3.5 hours of work (DOING WHAT??) and when I complained, the customer service rep blamed me for having a dog that shed excessively. Which is why I hired the maids to begin with. All blame was placed on me and it was overall the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered- and I work in the business world. To top it off, the key that I gave them was the incorrect key (my fault), but they did not call me to tell me this and consequently locked me out of my home resulting in me having to call a locksmith. Once again, no apology for that either, besides blaming me for giving them the incorrect key....even though they could have called me and inform me of the mix up. I would have happily come to lock up after them. I filed a BBB complaint, and the owners response was the same as the customer service rep- completely my fault and I am essentially to blame for my dissatisfaction. DO NOT USE THEM. I recommend absolutely anyone else. My property manager said the same thing. Time after time they do not do a complete job and they fail to completely clean every house she had worked with. She refuses to use them any more, as do I. Save yourself money and the time it will take to re-clean your home. Look elsewhere.

Base boards have not been cleaned in months, the towel racks have not been cleaned in months, they were here on Nov 8, 2016 and the laundry room was not cleaned at all, nothing was done in there. The bathtub and shower drains are not being cleaned properly. They are not dusting the pictures and cleaning the glass on the them or the china cabinet doors inside and out. The rugs in the kitchen were not shaken out very well and they were left out doors on the banister of the porch. They are not using what I asked them to use on the floors. They leave the shower curtains open and I have asked them to pull them back together when they finished cleaning behind them. They are not putting the blinds back in place after they lift them up. They are not cleaning the mirrows very good. They are not cleaning the mirrows on the walls. They are not dusting the picture frames at all. They half dust the fans, they half dust the furniture. They dont hang the rugs back on the tile in the bathroom. The blinds are not being cleaned that well. They are not cleaning the blinds at the front door and the glass behind them. They are not doing a very good job of cleaning the framework of the doors with the glass in them on the outside. That is all I can think of for now.

The women who came to clean the house did a wonderful job. They were all very sweet woman and we were very satisfied with the cleanings that they did. The frustration we had was with the people who ran the business. We have had them cleaning our house for about 6 months. About 2-3 month into it, they got us mixed up with another family and cancelled our services, never apologizing for doing so and made us feel like we did something wrong. Once the holidays came around and we tried to switch our schedule around due to company and being out of town, we were made to feel like we were Inconveniencing them and then they threatened to raise our rates. Considering we pay almost $50-$60 more a cleaning with them vs the majority of house cleaners in the area, we found that this was too much to be dealing with and stopped the service. The stars were for the women who actually came to the house - they did a wonderful job, so if you are just looking for a 1-2 time cleaning, they will be great for you!

My wife has been deployed for seven months now and while working full time, going to school full time, and taking care of our two children I was running out of time to take care of the "around the house" chores. When they did get done they were taking time away from doing what I needed to do (homework, prepare for the next day, cook, etc). We started with Molly Maid about six months ago and I havent had any issues with them at all. Every time Ive come home while they were cleaning theyve been friendly and cordial. When I did mention a specific area (baseboard area of kitchen cabinets) that I didnt feel was being cleaned to the standard they set I discussed it with the owner and I havent had that problem since. Ive never had any issues and theyve done such a great job that theyve not only earned the money theyve charged but theyve earned my family and my trust. Highly Recommend!

Im going to be very specific with everyone that has tried out or has yet to service with molly maid. First off let me mention how flawless my kitchen looked when i came home from work. The toaster for example, i could see my reflection; how hygienic and spotless the kitchen counter looked! I could now see what my sink looks like after all the dishes were washed. Everything looked completely effortless on Molly Maids part when I have to bend over backwards trying to keep my apartment clean. My cluttered place looked way presentable, ready for a tea get together with my friends. Promising maid service in Columbia Sc. Keep them in mind, definitely!

Being a big family man, my dear wife and I have been looking for exceptional maid service in Columbia South Carolina. This would result to more time with the kids and each other. Our neighbors have been persistent with informing us to call Molly Maid and give them a try. So we did. We noticed improvements around the house.They bring over highly-trained professionals and do green-house cleaning, which is much safer and wont harm any of us. Great service and we can come back home to a sparkling and spotless new home just as if we moved in 10 years ago.

I LOVE Molly Maids!!! We have had multiple companies and individuals clean for us in the past. The first ladies we hired were independent and set the bar really high. Over the years, we have never found anyone that even compares to them...until now! I am picky about my house and these ladies do an amazing job! Im sure it depends on the individual cleaning crew, but I Molly Maids must hold their employees to a high standard as well. We have been very pleased and look forward to them coming every 2 weeks!

Molly Maids is amazing! 5 Stars is not enough to show how fabulous their work is. First off their customer service is the best I ever received. I spoke to the rep and I described what I needed. She asked the best questions so I could determine exactly what I needed. I have a 4 bedroom and 3 bath house, and I needed some serious cleaning done for a family visit. From top to bottom they transformed my home. Molly Maid is worth every penny and will continue to use for all my cleaning needs!
