I have used many services in the past and I just like the Maids best. Our house burned down a couple of years ago and was rebuilt, much larger. Ann was so thoughtful and caring... touching base periodically to see how we were doing during our hard time trying to get back in our house. So of course she was one of the first ones I got in touch with while we moved back in and were trying to get back to normal. Even though our house was new and uncluttered (because of the fire losses, we have lots less stuff), it is amazing how good it feels to have a thorough professional cleaning! The team even climbed up to get the tops of the frig and other places I never would have known was not clean! The house always smells great (we have 3 dogs) and just makes us feel better. The Maids is part of our plan to keep this new house well-maintained and always feeling as good as it did the first day we came back. We will sacrifice other things in this economy before we cut-back on the comfort a truly clean home can provide. We have learned the hard way what a blessing that is! Ken & Tamra Davis

Over the past two years, The Maids have been our cleaners at both our previous townhouse and our new home. They are the most thorough of any cleaning company Ive experienced and have terrific company standards. Not to mention - if anything is ever mistakenly overlooked they will come back within 24 hours to happily resolve it. The 4 person crew is in-and-out quick and efficiently... all the more to appreciate. The icing on the cake is when we found ourselves locked out of our house after 7:00pm earlier this week, we called in desparation and they drove out to their offices (30 min trip each way and without complaint) to retrieve our key that they had securely stored. Unheard of! In a time when good customer service seems extremely hard to come by, The Maids in Charlotte is an exemplary shining star. Thank you to Anne & John!! Wow so I called this morning because I have about 2 years experience as a housekeeper and was curious as to whether I would be interested in working here and called and asked what the starting pay rate was and was told it was none of my business. Did not even get to ask if they offered insurance. The man who answered the phone obviously answered my question as so rather i would be interested in working here right away. Big no. They cant even be respectable to anyone who calls the office. So ridiculously rude for absolutely no reason!!!!
