Maid In Heaven seems to be getting so many similar reviews after looking at Angies List and online. Kudos to them!! My experience was that the cleaners cleaned beautifully. They showed up at a little before 800 a.m. (3 ladies). Emily did a wonderful job of pairing the 3 together to spring clean my 2400 sq ft home. I have had cleaning services in the past and never have been more pleased with the work the ladies did. We discussed that I needed to make sure baseboards and ceiling fans were cleaned and that other than that whatever else was entailed in the spring cleaning. No problem! After a couple of hours I went upstairs and was so astonished with the cleanliness of the master bedroom, master bath and the bath the children use, I decided to leave and go have some me time. (Also upstairs under the guarded inspection; the foot boards were washed and I knew this because I ran my finger over a couple of them. The carpets had been vacuumed meticulously, and the upstairs just smelled good!) I arrived home about 30 minutes before the cleaning was scheduled to be finished. Still, all of them were working away. Laundry room and hall bath floors nicely cleaned. The downstairs had been cleaned just as wonderfully as the upstairs. All of the hardwood floors were spotless, the stainless steel appliances and faucet shined, the kitchen island cabinet fronts and the rest of the kitchen cabinets had obviously been washed. Floor boards were washed and one of the cleaners was in the midst of cleaning the ceiling fan blade by blade. In the downstairs bath they had even scrubbed under the rim of the toilet bowl. REALLY! The more I walked the house and and looked the more I was AMAZED by Maid In Heavens ability to find such excellent cleaners. I have emailed them to let them know how utterly happy I am, but also think it is important to put it on social media. We have company arriving tomorrow and my house is spotless! Finally, the woman who came where very professional and and I didnt have any problems with cell phones or excessive chatting. They just did a marvelously good job of cleaning!

Its a total crapshoot - your house might get cleaned, it might not! You might get lucky (we did, once!) but chances are youre going to pay for a whole lotta nothin. And, like others have said: the owner, Beth, could care less about providing quality or customer service. Just plain old rude. Ive *hired* Maid In Heaven 3 times, but theyve cleaned my house 4. First experience was great! Second experience, absolutely nothing got done. To her credit, Beth did arrange for a third cleaning, free of charge, due to the poor work. THEN, hired Maid in Heaven for another "priority list" clean at 8:00 on a Friday. I stayed home until 8:30, no sign of them. 9:00, I call Beth and ask whats going on. She kept saying, "Oh...I didnt think you were home." Apparently she had to pull and reschedule the cleaner and wasnt going to tell me because she thought I was at work and wouldnt realize no one showed up. The rescheduled clean (very inconvenient timing) just didnt happen. Over half the "priority list" wasnt done in the 3-hour period, while the same list PLUS some had been done the first time we hired them. Even worse, the house smelled STRONGLY of cigarette smoke when we got home. Seriously, I think the place was worse than when we left in the morning. No apology from Beth for the lack of cleaning or the smell of smoke. I actually got an e-mail "FYI [cleaner] doesnt smoke" as if I was lying about the smell. DO NOT hire. Again, you might get lucky and have a good experience or two, but this company is just not reliable for recurring cleanings and its not worth your time to try and deal with Beth

It was just a joy to have a representative from Maid In Heaven come and help me yesterday. Kim was polite and professional. I had conveyed to Emily at the office that there were some problem areas in my home that I needed tackled. (master bathroom and kitchen floor). When Kim arrived she already knew exactly what I had requested and got right to work. My assessment is that when Kim finished the master bathroom, it as new as the day my husband and I moved in; fantastic! I have used Maid In Heaven repeatedly in the past and find their prices to be more than reasonalbe for the hard work that always gets done. Always I make a note of the cleaners name and request that person again when I call. If several months go by before I need service again, the cleaner who I request is unavailable or no longer with Maid In Heaven. This is not a problem for me as time and again each and every cleaner who has been sent from Maid In Heaven either meets my high expectations or exceeds them. I believe Maid In Heaven has been around since the late 1990s and I have no doubt why they continue to be so successful and are able to stay in business. The quality of the cleaners are far and above the best I have encountered over the last 50 years of using cleaning services. Have referred my friends and neighbors many times. I know I can count on the office to return my phone call or answer my emails. And when there is a scheduling problem I am notified immediately. Maid In Heaven is a top notch cleaning company.

I needed a good, thorough, deep-cleaning of my bathrooms. After reading the reviews, plus because of a couple of recommendations by people I know, I called Maid In Heaven and scheduled an appointment. Christina showed up, promptly on time. And I must say, Im pleased and impressed with the job she did. At the risk of making myself sound like a lousy housekeeper, my bathrooms havent been this clean in ages. Its just I live with two boys (my 15 year old son and his dad) and keeping up with bathroom sanitation isnt an easy job or one I particularly enjoy. So I wanted to bring someone in who could REALLY clean those bathrooms along with the rest of the house and do it better than I. And thats exactly what she did. She scrubbed everything the bathrooms. My bathtub, which I assumed was a hopeless case, now shines despite it being an old tub and the grout between the shower tiles got a thorough rubdown as well. She even cleaned the light switch plates. I know I am going on about the bathrooms, but that was the deciding factor in getting a cleaner. Believe me, I was amazed!! Christina was friendly, courteous and professional and I definitely plan to use their services again.

I cant recommend Maid In Heaven enough. Emily came through for me in a pinch! My parents decided to come visit for the 4th Of July weekend and we had no time to clean. My wife and I are busy working 40 + hours a week , so we both basically only "clean up" so that the house is always presentable if someone happens to drop over unexpectedly. As a result our place looks clean, but as my wife likes to tease, Margaret (my mother) doesnt need to inspect; she can see a speck of dust across any room. Placed a call to Maid In Heaven and spoke to Emily. She easily walked me through our needs and accessed the amount of time that would be needed to clean our home. She also explained we didnt need to furnish our supplies as they bring everything needed. (can you hear me say AWESOME!) Two ladies (sorry, dont know their names as we were not home), came and spent 4 hours each cleaning our house. Not only was my wife ecstatic, my mother asked who had cleaned and then proceeded to tell us we needed to hire Maid In Heaven on a weekly basis. So. We did. Now almost two months later, Maid In Heaven continues to do an outstanding job each and every week cleaning.
