They invaded my privacy, threw away personal items, clothes, dishes and all the food in my apartment and lied about it after they confessed. The most unprofessional service I ever had. The only reason I didnt file a police report is because I didnt have the time and energy to waste. They threw away my dishes and picked it out the trash a day later and offered to give them back to me, minus the broken dishes. They did more but I dont have the time to write it all. I do not recommend them because t they are extremely unprofessional, liars and not worth the headache. I only write this review to save others from experiencing what I have.

Started using The Maids when I moved here last year and have no complaints! I was using an individual for about 5 years in my old house in Tuscaloosa and was sad to part ways. I am happy with my decision to use a professional service in Charleston. I have a large home and was used to having my old cleaner in my home for 5 hours a week, but my maids team is in and out of my home in about 1.5 hours each week and they do an amazing job! I have a black lab and a golden retriever and they vac my furniture and everything! Thank you ladies!!

I was extremely happy with the clean The Maids did for my apartment! I needed a deep clean throughout the whole place, and they were able to accomplish that in a timely manner. Not only did they take care of all visible surfaces, but went above and beyond, cleaning behind the furniture and removing everything off the tables. I will absolutely be using The Maids again and have already referred several co-workers and friends to utilize them as well! Thank you to the Maids of Charleston :)

This is the worst maid service you can get. They charge you for the time they spend socializing and for the entire team even if half the people leave early. Talk more than they work.
