I came across Orchids Cleaning Services, while searching online for a cleaning service. I called and spoke to Juan on the phone. Hes awesome, a great guy, very considerate, professional, and patient. He explained his services and how it worked. He even called to follow up with me. I ended up booking an appointment for his companys services. Maria and Milagro came over and did an amazing job!!!!!!! It took them about 2 hours. They worked so fast, but really thorough!!! What an awesome team they are. Bothe women are very sweet, they work so hard, they totally know what they are doing!! It was a pleasure having them here, they were really nice. They cleaned this place so well, the floors looked so shiny, the carpets looked great, the place looked and felt so clean!!!!! Juan called to follow up, to make sure I was happy with the service his company provided, and to get feedback. I am really happy I found this company online!!! THANK GOD!!! My experience with them showed me that they were kind and professional, and amazing at what they do!! This company provided excellent service. I highly recommend!!

I needed a condo cleaned and made ready to rent. Since I live in New York and the condo was in Florida I pictured weeks of back and forth flights and thousands of dollars to get things done. I wanted to get the place ready to rent in thirty day. I called Orchid Cleaning Services in Delray Beach, Juan Castro, president, picked up the phone. Was I lucky! Juan understood my predicament. He had subcontractors come to the condo, put down new carpet, handyman to do repairs, steam cleaners to clean upholstered pieces. In short Juan was responsive, quick, efficient, cost efficient, smart,informative and honest. I cannot sing his praises enough. I will use him again. We only met via the phone but I am sure my judgement of Juan is on the mark! This guy is the real thing. BTW his company also did a deep cleaning of the place. First Class work from a first class guy who heads up,a first class business. Thank you Juan!!!

Orchid Cleaning Services provided the very best of EVERYTHING in terms of not only a thorough cleaning, but particularly offering a personal touch with caring, understanding and helpfulness beyond words. Juan Castro went the extra mile in helping us find someone to remove the large items that we were unable to give to the charity people. He showed such compassion throughout our ordeal, after the tragic loss of our son. We were left with the unenviable task of cleaning out his apartment after his loss of life. Juan picked up the pieces for us in a way that not even family could have. His people were prompt and thorough in making the apartment look like new so we could return the key to the landlord. I found Orchid Cleaning Service on the internet and saw all the good reviews. Juan explained to me all the services and recommendations for my specific situation. They were very punctually and professional. One thing very important was that he estimated a 3 hrs job, they finished in 2.5 hrs and they charged me for the 2.5 hrs, so they are very honest, now they have my trust. I couldnt be more happy. I found Orchid after an internet search. I always prefer local small business to franchise. Juan is great, very responsive, prices are fair. He is very helpful for all sorts of referrals for any local service I might need (movers, plumbers, handy man etc). He first did a move out clean of my fathers property. Now I use then for my home twice a month. The woman are prompt, reliable and do a great job. I would highly recommend Orchid Cleaning.
