Scrub a Dub DISASTER. Had Scrub a Dub dolls come clean my house after speaking to two of their references. What a dissapointment! They charged me $112 for 4 1/2 hrs of cleaning. Keep in mind they were only cleaning the kitchen, family room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, 3 full baths and upstairs hall, so 4 1/2hrs of cleaning when the house was clean and picked up to begin with, my house should have been sparkling. What a rip off! They didnt wash my floors, none of my mirrors had been cleaned, my kitchen counters still had crumbs and appeared to not even have been wiped off, there was dust on various table tops and TVs as if they just did a rush job. The offered to make the beds if I removed the dirty sheets, but when they remade the beds, they didnt even tuck in the sheets. I called to share my dissatisfaction with the cleaning and they offered me $8 off my next service. Not even 10%! Talk about lack of integrity. They are full of promises with absolutely no follow through. Save your money, find another cleaner.

The owner clearly stated that I would have a 4 1/2 hour whole house cleaning. I had to supply all cleaning products and equipment. She sent two girls they did a good job for 2 hours and 15 minutes. The owner had said they would come again the next month and do another 2hours and 15 minutes. The following day the owner called and said since she sent two girls and that would count as the whole 4 1/2 hours. My house is not large. One bathroom. I do what they did myself in 2 hours. This company has no overhead as I supplied all the products. The girls did a decent job BUT the owner changed the terms after our agreement. I am very disappointed at the bait and switch she pulled. Pass this one by.

I have used this company for several years, cleaning my home twice a month. The employees are very respectful & professional, I like that they are insured & bonded since I am at work while they are cleaning. The owner & office staff are very easy to deal with when scheduling. The cleaning is top-notch! I can t believe how much they get done in just a few hours. When I come home my house just sparkles! They pay great attention to detail - I cannot find any dust or missed areas when they leave. I m a very happy customer!

Best and most honest company out there. Professional, small, family owned. Cares about their customers and employees. High integrity and work ethics. Fairly priced, in fact they offer a great program for your hardest rooms for under &57.00 which I take advantage of. Their best qualities are that the owner insists on honesty and fairness, they are small so you dont get lost in the shuffle and the owners keeps daily "hands on her business" to insure the clients of quality work.

We have had Scrub-a-dub dolls for many years. They are trustworthy, they do what they promise, they do my kitchen and bath floors on hands and knees and wash all my baseboards. You speak to a real live person at the office as well as the owner. Very impressive. They accommodate your schedule needs and dont pressure you into buying extra. Lastly, what seals the deal for me is the duration theyve been in business -- 30 years. Very Grateful customer...USC
