Bob came in and did an excellent presentation. Im disabled and I cannot clean my house anymore. They charged me a fairly high rate for my initial "deep clean". they did an "okay"jl not great job on that. I used to own a cleaning service in California. I really liked the couple who came to my house but what I didnt like is the fact that Maid Right makes them work on a time schedule so once they get to a certain time. Theyre supposed to be done. My house is not big. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo 1050 squart feet. its on the first floor. they missed important things every time they came and one of the last times that they came I had specifically told Bob and the crew never to touch a specific shelf that had a very cherished expensive collection of Royal Doulton China horses on it. I was coming out of the bedroom and I see the guys hand in with the horses on that shelf and he knocked over one of the horses and broke it. I was so mad I could hardly keep to a civil tone and remain calm and tell them that they needed to replace that. The male partner was very upset about what he did and I just said please replace the item if you can as it is a retired piece. They did replace it and they felt really bad about it but they still missed areas that were very important like in my kitchen. Every time that they would come and do my pictures all my pictures around my house were cockeyed and I had to spend time putting the pictures back. The last straw was when they brought a third girl in with them. It was like mayhem around this little condo of mine with all these people in each others way and then they took it upon themselves to go into my front bedroom and rearrange it the way they liked it! I just had for neck surgeries and 3 back surgeries and Im not supposed to lift anything or bend over and I had to move furniture!!! Back to where it was as well as boxes. They also put aluminum foil in my drip pans on my stove! YUK! I sent the team a text and told them how upset I was and I got a response of "understood" nothing else. Today I started looking for a new cleaning company and I can just say that they dont follow directions and the company puts too much of a time constraint on these people to do a good job. Thats it in a nutshell. very sad to lose the couple who were doing my house because they were lovely, they didnt follow directions and they were on too much of a time constraint. All in all I am very disappointed in this company. Oh, postscript I basically had to prep the house and put all of my breakable items on my kitchen table prior to them coming. Whats with that? When I cleaned somebodys home I took great care and taking all their tchotchkes down one by one carefully cleaning them as I put them down on the floor and then putting them back and I never rearranged anybodys furniture ever!

Due to a health condition I used a cleaning service for the 1st time in over 40 years (this was a hard decision for me). I had always taken pride in a clean house and doing it on my own. I thought no one could do it better then I. Boy, was I wrong! The girls from Maid Right came in and clean my house without no problem; made me feel comfortable and at ease; and when they left I looked around and my house sparkled. I am so glad my husband took the time to help me understand that sometimes we just need help. Thank you Maid Right. I recommend you highly.

Bob is great and the team assigned to my home is great. I have them on a weekly schedule and they are like clockwork. My wife and I hate to clean but love a clean home to entertain etc and I rather spend my down time having fun. I have a 3600 sq ft home and they knock it out of the park every time. I have used other companies like Molly Maid over the years and was never fully satisfied with the service. Bob and Maid Right two thumbs up. Thanks Dennis

Hello everybody, I was doggie sitting at my daughter-in-law and sons house in Plantation while Libbibeth and her crew mates were cleaning the house. They did a Terrific job. They moved furniture and vacumed underneath, cleaned blinds, cleaned both sides sliding doors, cleaned under beds. They were thorough. They were friendly And they were coordinated, no wasting time, professional.
