I have never used a cleaning service before but I had thrown a party for a friend and the aftermath was way more than I expected so I decided to call Cleaning Services Miami and Im so glad I did. They responded quickly and arrived on time and with no judgement about the mess that was made. The floors were covered in Mud, the walls were dirty and the bathrooms were atrocious but everything was nice and tidy after they cleaned. They mopped up all the floors, cleaned the walls and all the rooms. They even brought all the trash from the apartment down to the garbage on the first floor which was so nice of them. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone who needs a reliable cleaning service. Would recommend to use this service in a heart beat.

I scheduled an 11am appointment, 3 days previous to the day I wanted the cleaning done. They sent me a text of confirmation the day of, for a 12pm appointment. It was 12:30pm and no one had shown up. I called and texted the number which sent me the confirmation, no one answered. I called the original company number, no one answered either. My final attempt was at 4:30pm!! Someone finally picked up my call, only to tell me that her job was only to send the text message, that she couldnt help me regarding anyone not showing up to my appointment..... Seriously? I lost half a day waiting for this people, and they can even acknowledge their own mistake?This is not a company, this is a joke, hey have no management, and 0 stars on costumer service.

Extremely overpriced. They charged $200 to clean a regular sized 2br/2bath (1,000sf) apartment. Two people were in and out in less than 2 hours. I dont mind if they work quickly, however, i do expect a complete job. I was surprised to find out that items like windows and appliances were not included, and therefore an increased fee of $15 a window (and i have 9 windows)!! In addition, they were reluctant to do laundry when i have a washer/dryer in the unit! i ended up doing most of it myself. Other than the windows/appliances/laundry, the cleaning job they did was a bit on the surface but good, but like i mentioned, extremely overpriced. I will never call them again.

Ive used over 7 different cleaning services over the past 3 years, and this is the one I have finally settled on for my needs. The value they provide is exceptional enough for me to take the time to leave a POSITIVE review, which is a rarity these days. I wasnt sure what to expect initially but they followed up with me accordingly and made sure everything was done to my specifications, and above! I was just dumbfounded at the hard work the cleaners put in and believe hard work should be recognized. I very highly recommend this service and I am just glad I can finally rest assured nothing will be half-assed. No further need to hire any other cleaning company!

Hugely disappointing experience. I scheduled a move out clean for my apartment in Miami Beach. I went to the apartment to meet the cleaners and when they were 15 minutes late I called to make sure that they were on their way. After calling twice to reach someone they told me their car was not working and nobody was coming at all. They had not called or alerted me in any way. Needless to say this screwed up my walkthrough appointment and left me stranded. I would never recommend this service.

I called them two days before I needed someone to come and clean the house I was moving into (interior and Windows). I was easily able to set an appointment according to my schedule. They arrived about 10 minutes early to the location and very efficiently cleaned the house in about two hours. They provided all of their own supplies and were on task at all times. I was very satisfied with the services they provided and would definitely use them again

Not only are they effective, fast and honest- Clean Windows Miami does an honest to good job. I called in on Monday for a quote, they were able to get someone one to me right away; I got my estimate and literally within the next two days, the job was done. I also got zero penalty for calling them and letting them know I was running to late and needed to reschedule my appointment for a later time.

Cleaning Services Miami did a great job. Two people come for the cleaning and they check each others work. They have literally gotten on their hands and knees to scrub all the floors by hand. We have had them come countless times and have never been disappointed. Always on time and courteous.Highly recommended.

I am a busy student who is always out and i am living in a 2 story house. when they were done my house looked like a 5 star penthouse. and the tall jacked brazilian guy even gave my girlfriend a deep cleaning that she very much apreciated she needed that because im doing pct.

I used them to clean my office in downtown they literally left my I office spotless they do charge a bit more then other companies but it was well worth it. They were professional, kind and they even send me photos when the job was completed since I wasnt at my office at the time.
