Kenny was a nice guy I will give him that, but I personally feel like I was ripped off. $275 to restretch and clean 3 small bedrooms, in an empty house. The price wouldve been okay if the carpet was left looking much better than before but it was a half way done job. I took my little hoover carpet cleaner and went back over the rooms and as the picture shows thats how dirty the carpets still were after a "professional" cleaning. The part that has led me to leave a review is that I paid in cash and was told Id be emailed a reciept; well a week and a half later, two calls, a voicemail, and two text messages and still no reciept or response! Thats not how you do business, and it shows he must not be proud of his work ! You can probably rent a rug doctor and get better results, take my word and continue your search!

Sunbreeze came in to clean the carpet on a home we had just purchased. He was thorough and professional. We were very satisfied with our carpet when he was finished. Kenny also took the time to hear our concerns about chemicals in our home (my husband is sensitive to them). He used a cleaning formula that contained natural ingredients. We were very grateful for his attentiveness and a job well done! Will likely book again!

Sunbreeze Carpet Cleaning is easily the best I have ever dealt with. Not only did he clean the rooms I requested, but did an extra room while he was there! He even came back to spray the protective coating that I originally didnt think I needed, and charged me as if he had done it at the original time. Kenny Long has more integrity than any business person I have ever dealt with, and well definitely have him back!!

He is the best carpet cleaner in town! Mr Long cleaned out carpets as well as our sofa (we bought it from someone who had a dog so it smelled). After Kenny was done with the sofa, it was not just cleaned but it didnt smell anymore. We also had a tough stain on our one carpet and he got it out! His prices are very fair and he is a very nice person!

I looked at the reviews on the website (average of 4 starts) and comments, so I decided to use this company. I had 2 rooms cleaned on 3/24/17. I was disappointed with the service and surprised on how poorly it was done. The gentleman was nice but the equipment is old. I have given 2 stars instead of 1 star, just to show compassion.
