First time made pro came over to clean they broke a $60 piece of glass (human Error) which I was fine with. The second time I asked the maid that before they leave they clean under my couch and bed. They informed me that they do not move furniture and I said thats fine Ill move it for them and they said we leave that for last. I dozed off while they were cleaning and instead of waking me up to let me know they were finished so I can move the couches and bed like we spoke about they simply snuck out and did not finish the job. I have new tile floors and all they did was vacuum the floor and didnt no steaming or disinfecting what so ever. I have two bulldogs and they rub up against the wall and their coat gets the wall dirty so it gets brown and the maids did not spray or clean the wall whatsoever and left all the dirt on it. I paid $60 to have a one bedroom apartment cleaned and they barely spent any time and left it looking barely cleaned. When I call the company back instead of fixing the problem the manager mentioned the attire in which I answered the door, also invaded my privacy and accused me of having drugs because Im a type -1 diabetic and they mistaked my insulin needles for other drugs and a bag of spices for something else also . Literally didnt even sweeep or clean my floor in the bedroom. I have never had a worse experience with a cleaning service then this. *EDIT*- spoke with owner after this review to see if we can resolve issue. Told him that they did not clean the floor in my room whatsoever nor did they clean the wall or anything. His response was "I made them wait 20 minutes outside (because I dont have reception in my apartment and the first calls didnt go through) and because I chose to lay down during the cleaning that obviously meant that they shouldnt do any cleaning to the floor of my room" The Owener was Constantly making excuses for the lackluster cleaning instead of being a good business owner and correcting it with the customer. Im very much looking forward to the owners response because everyone will be able to see his lack of accountability and customer service first hand. All he did was make excuses and blame me for the job they did. then he proceeded to hang up on me I WOULD STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE.

I hired Maid Pro to do a deep cleaning of my condo after extensive contractor renovations. I hired them for two main reasons: 1. They have a 49 point checklist for cleaning. 2. Michael was very professional and kind. He told me more than once that my total satisfaction was the only answer hed accept. That made an impact. The contractors who did the renovations had left my home in a total mess. Dust and fine white powder were everywhere, in every crevice, on every surface. Paint droplets on the cabinets and cabinet handles. Filthy sinks where they cleaned up. The shower floors were dirty. The blinds were covered in dust. It was horrible and I was so upset. When I entered my condo after Maid Pro cleaned it, I was stunned!! It was spotless!! The floors were so clean. They cleaned inside the kitchen cabinets, which they werent supposed to do. The paint drops were gone. All the blinds had been deep cleaned. Both showers looked brand new. I was thrilled!! They gave me my condo back in pristine condition! I have hired Maid Pro to do biweekly cleanings of my condo. You know the saying "You get what you pay for." Well, I got more than I paid for and I am so happy. Maid Pro far exceeded my expectations. They are that rare company where the customers happiness really does come first. Thank you!!!

MaidPro is honestly a great company that offers fantastic service from Customer Service at their Headquarters to the local Manager Franscisco. The cleaning professional that was assigned to me GG, was incredibly thorough and respectful. She asked a lot of questions to ensure I was happy with her cleaning approach and if I was satisfied with the results. I was very impressed and the pricing is fair and competitive. I cant wait for my next cleaning!

Never again would I use this company they had a lady with blond hair little heavy set women cleaning my home she looked threw all my cabinets and. Room like if she was looking for somthing to take. She help her self with food and drinks and she clean my home. An hour and it was 2 half Hours clean Im super disappointed I couldnt believe this I would never use them Never wish this on no one

I have had Ana now for 3 weeks, once a week. My condo is a 1/1 and under 1,000 sq. ft., which does not get dirty, but like everyone gets dust and dirt inside. She has spent two full hours cleaning it superbly. I am a perfectionist about living in a clean house and Maid Pro is doing a great job. I highly recommend them!
