Read the viewer complain and is not true. I order Group on, i read the fine note at the add. i called RK CLEANING SERVICES INC and they are absolutely, right. the add is only cover room and is only steam cleaning . not including chemical or deodorize, is not include stairs and whole ways. customer need to read the fine letters carefully and understand , when i call they explain clearly. when customer ask for work the steam clean is not going to work cost more money. they are clear and is fully acceptable. is a shame when customer want job of 200.00 and more for 39.95 dollars .

We invite RK CLEANING SERVICES INC to have carpet cleaning and our office clean. The manager softly talk, explain to me the different between steam and deep scrub cleaning, he also open the group on add and he showed me the note. The manager also showed me the different on my carpet. we like to recommend to read well the comments and the note we also recommend to ask , the answer is so professional and easy to understand. after all the job done perfectly both places look like new and smell so fresh and less fresh for long time, Worth the price, great job

Great service and experience RK Cleaning goes the extra mile making me and my staff feel like family and not just like another contract. And about the uncalled for scam comment RK CLeaning explain to me the different between steam cleaning and Deep Cleaning, its two different services. Its the equivalent of going to the dentist and getting a dental cleaning or getting a Deep Dental Cleaning. Two way different services and two different prices.

do not hire them if using a groupon deal. The guy came over and saw stairs, he said I wont do it its too cheap. Unless you give me $50 dollars. He wanted to charge for things not listed on disclaimed using groupon. He wanted to charge normal pricing.

Horrible service. Vendor refused to honor contract then was difficult with my wife. Be careful Also used the groupon as the person before, these guys are a scam.
