I was very dissatisfied w/ the service I received from this company. They came out on Tuesday to clean my condo. Its new so Im assuming they thought they wouldnt have to do much. Upon finishing, the kitchen counter tops were still gritty as well as the mantle on the fireplace. I asked for the walls to be cleaned & they werent. It was still spots on the kitchen floor as well as in the bathrooms. I asked for the tops of the cabinets in the kitchen to be cleaned & they werent. I asked for the ceiling fans to be dusted and they werent. Also, I asked for my carpet to be cleaned/shampooed....they use a separate service. The guy comes in w/ a carpet cleaner you can rent from the grocery store, because he was too lazy to use the professional equipment until my friend called him out on it. I was suggest not using this company if you want things done right.

Absolutely terrible. If I could rate a 0 I would. I called and requested a whole house cleaning for a rental property and scheduled for 1pm on a Thursday. They said there would be 2 cleaners and gave me a list of the things they would do and it all sounded great for $250. Well they didnt show up til around 7pm and instead of 2 cleaners, it turned out to be a lady and her son which was around 8 years old. She was only there for about 2 hours and and managed to do nothing but move some stuff around. Ive called the office multiple times for a refund and have been blown off each time. Luckily I put it on my AMEX so I called them to let them take care of it.

Maid Right did an amazing job at my house. Having a 14 month old and two little in the house dogs, I was amazed to come home and not see finger prints, paw prints or nose prints on a single window or mirror. The kitchen and bathrooms sparkle and shine! The service was extraordinary and professional. They did a comprehensive walk through and exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone!

Friendly people, always willing to go the extra mile or adjust to our schedule when needed, all at a great price. Were moving out of state, and one of our regrets is that we wont have these great folks to help us keep up with our new home!

I had Maid Right do a Deep Cleaning of my home after we had some major construction. I was very pleased! Ileanna and Fanny did a fabulous job. The house was cleaned top to bottom! When they were done I did not want to let the dog or the husband back in the house! The price is right and they are very detailed. I would recommend them.
