After posting my experience with A2Z Cleaning and Linen Service on Thumbtack I discovered A2Z does not take criticism well. Their response speaks to the professionalism of this company. Read below from the bottom up for the unfortunate chain of events. Clearly you do not have a reliable tracking system in place to handle taking laundry off site since I had to repeatedly inform you of the colors, sizing and quantities of what was missing. I believe everyone deserves a second chance and I gave you that Aaron. Only to come back to the same scenario of missing linens and changing stories on how you operate. Unfortunately my review was posted in error as I wasn’t done telling my story. But hope the following details also made it on-line. Dirty towels folded and put back in the closet, scatter mats not even shaken out, streaky glass and sand in all the corners. Just like you Aaron we are far too busy to put up with this “CRAZINESS”. You’re fired!!! I tired calling you a couple of time to only get your voice mail im sure you seen the miss call but did not return my call bottom lime i have plenty of sheets and would gladly give you if for some reason you did not receive them . We are way to busy this time of the year to deal with craziness . If you did not receive sheets after i emailed you i should of been giving a call to replace.

This provider was terminated. Out of a 14 week time frame, I had 4 complaints. Complaints centered in two areas: 1) home not clean; 2) linens not delivered. Answers from A to Z ranged from "they are exaggerating" to "we did deliver the linens". Always an excuse and in some cases it required multiple phone calls to address. One guest had to clean his own home with A to Z never returning to clean. In a second instance, when A to Z showed up the owners wife was extremely rude to my guests, to the extent she was asked to leave. She refused and continued to argue. With the linen complaints, one guest waited two days to receive his linens. If you are a busy, out of town vacation homeowner, I urge you not to ever (ever) use this service. They are unprofessional, unreliable, they didnt deliver at all over a quarter of the time, and their concerns over this failure is non-existent. Just prior to termination, Aaron stated to me this number of complaints "is about average (for them)". They are bad for business. Do you want to start your season knowing that a quarter of your guests are going to start off unhappy? The Google reviews? They offer homeowners money off their next cleaning ($10) for a positive google review. When you have to pay for good reviews, I think that says it all.

My experience with A2z cleaning was terrible. I was setting up a condo I had just bought , to be rented out. I called A2z ....they seemed very professional. So we hired them to do the cleaning. We wanted to paint the whole condo and put up new trim after our new tile floor was installed. Aaron a manager of A2z said they do painting and trim work, so we hired him to do that. We spoke on the phone a few times he said the condo would be ready on Saturday . We got there Saturday and the painting was only half way done...and what was done, I could have hired a 3rd grader to do a better job. How terrible! We had renters coming to check in in 5 days... the place was a mess...Paint all over new floor. Needless to say that wasnt the worst part, Aaron wouldnt return our phone calls. He kept all the money we had given him for the job. When we did finally get a hold of him (my husband is very persistent ) he said his father just past away and he will call us back. Two weeks go by, still no call. After us texting him many times he promised to give half of our money back. That was 3 weeks ago. BEWARE THIS COMPANY is TERRIBLE !!!! Aaron will fall off the face of the earth, before he tries to deal with any conflict!

We have been working with A2Z Cleaning for almost a year now. We are small business owners and own a Vacation rental house at the beach and rely heavily on them to be there since we cannot. As with any rental, guest are arriving and departing on a weekly basis and the house has to look like new for each guest, and this crew delivers, they are one of the best. Since we changed from another company to A2Z we havent had one complaint which was not the case prior. The manager/owner Aaron is also one of the best to work with, he never fails to respond immediately to any inquiry or issue we have. The work is completed without any issue and though Im sure their are problems at times when there, Ive never heard of them. They handle them without me even knowing about it! Have you ever heard of that? I hadnt until we hired them. Have to say, lucked up when I found them. Would highly recommend them and cant imagine what I would do without them! Sincerely, Melissa

A2Z services all of my properties in the Myrtle Beach area. I am very pleased with their level of professionalism, promptness, and attention to detail. In this business, these things matter. Our guests always rave about how clean the place is, and how comfortable they feel bringing their families to stay. They are also very flexible, as far as taking care of any additional items that you need them to take care of. I think their prices are between average and high, but you expect to pay a little bit more for superior quality of service. I highly recommend them.
