DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR HOME!!! THE OWNER SAID THEY WOULD CLEAN THE VENTS, AND THEN VALUABLES WENT MISSING! WHEN I ASKED TIM ( THE OWNER) ABOUT THEIR DISAPPEARANCE..... HE SAID IT MIGHT BE " ONE OF HIS WORKERS AND THAT HE WOULD KEEP AN EYE ON THINGS". AND AFTER PROMISING HE WOULD CHECK IT OUT AND CALL ME BACK YESTERDAY I HAVE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL BACK FROM HIM AS PROMISED!!!!

Do not book these people! They cancelled an appointment at the very last minute with me. I have to have my carpet cleaned as a requirement in my lease, booked with them 1 month in advance, and they waited until the last moment to tell me that they dont serve my area! Beware! You get what you want from "discount" services like this, and its usually headaches!!

Called them in the morning, and they were there by noon. They did an excellent job on may carpet it looks like NEW. Even removed a couple of bad spots that another carpet company before could not. The guys was VERY nice and the prices was reasonable. Thank You...

BEWARE this is not the reputable ThruoClean carpet cleaning company this is a shady company that will quote you one number on the phone and then once they get out to your home jack it up knowing that they have you. The owner is totally unprofessional!!! BEWARE!!!
