I do not recommend a deep clean. You will pay big bucks for a normal cleaning, and then will have to to the deep cleaning yourself. I gave 3 stars b/c the bathrooms are done well and that can be tough. My husband was home the entire time they were there and specifically had to ask them to clean the cabinets and the fridge, which had been marked on the sheet. However, they apparently had no knowledge of this. There was no such thing as a deep clean. He also witnessed a girl drag a ladder across our new wood floors... Care was not taken. I am sure they do a fine job at normal cleaning though....

Weve been using Carpe Diem for ~18 months. Weve been pleased with the service. The quality of the cleaning varies slightly by the team members, but overall they do a good job. Theyve been very responsive whenever weve had a concern. Most of the cleaners are native Spanish speakers, but theres always at least one person who speaks English. I work at home so that helps us work around each other. The teams are always very nice and courteous. We also like the company is local, invested in our community, and pays a living wage to their employees.

Ive been using Carpe Diem for a couple months now. They do a great job. The crew that comes is always very friendly. The office staff is quick to respond to requests. I particularly like that they send you a reminder email that they are coming a couple days in advance and the payment is automated (so you dont have to worry about leaving a check each time.)
