These people are horrible. The owners came out and did an assessment on my home, made several promises like floors, baseboards, blinds, and deep cleaning would be performed on the initial deep clean and then floors and and baseboards would be done each time after. The deep cleaning was a joke - they barely dusted, baseboards were not done, floors were not done, and they didnt touch anything in the water closet (toilet room) in the master bathroom. The is a 24 window where you can report issues to the company and they will come out and correct those issues so I called them. They came out the next day to correct the issues...they still didnt do the water closet or dust several areas in the house, but the other cleaning was much better Please refer to the pictures I posted. Again I reported the issues and opted to not have them come back a third time because it is traumatic for my cats. I was told they sent a more experienced team to my house. They came back for their regular cleaning and it was abysmal. It would stand to reason that they would have sent the more experienced team out since I am a new client and they would want me to be satisfied, but no. Again, did not touch the water closet in the master bedroom. They did rooms they were not supposed to, and not very well at that. There was still dirt on my mantle from flowers my husband gave me that was not wiped away (dry dusting would have removed it, I know because I had to do it). They did not wipe the kitchen counters, and there were several pieces of furniture that were not dusted. Again I reported the issues to the company, again sending pictures, so they could come back and correct the issues. The third scheduled cleaning they performed were the same above issues, with exception that the master bedroom was barely vacuumed, and again they did not touch the water closet. The toilet now has visible marks on the inside (see pics). I was working remotely that day so I was home in the office while they cleaned. I didnt come out or bother them, but they were not happy I was here. They literally spent 22 minutes "cleaning" and it was a horrible job. I heard the girls joking around and laughing, but not much was being done. I am getting charged for their time, and the time they reported was overly inflated which explains the substandard cleaning job. I was paying substantially more for less. Again I called and said the services were unsatisfactory, and again they came out. When they came out I was working remotely so I was in the house, again in the office. I could hear the girls talking and they didnt know what they were supposed to do. Someone ran the vacuum really quick but nothing else was done, and that cleaning job was horrible. When they vacuumed the dinning room they were just throwing the chairs around on my hard wood floors, and they destroyed the floors in the room. I have significant scratching and gouging. They were here for less than 15 minutes. I reported this to the owners and they refunded me $100 with no offer to pay for the repairs. Repairs to the floors will cost more than $100, and I feel the owners should absorb that cost since I was paying them extra because they are Licensed and Bonded". Please contact me if you would like to see all of the photos, the time logs from the security system for when they arrived and left versus the time I was charged for, or would like to see the email feed between the owner and myself. In the time it took me to photograph and message the owner I could have cleaned the house myself and done a far superior job.

Signed up for a weekly cleaning service with The Maids. First two cleanings were just fine, I was satisfied, even impressed. Third cleaning was today, and I will never allow The Maids back into my home again. There were multiple issues with this cleaning, from showing up late, to leaving a bag of trash on my garage floor halfway to the trashcan, to leaving my back door wide open and neglecting to set the alarm when they left. However, these things pale in comparison to how The Maids saw fit to treat my dogs. When The Maids come to clean our home, we put our dogs in the garage with a fan running and plenty of water. The Maids are aware of this arrangement. Today, The Maids must have opened the garage (presumably to leave the bag of trash on the floor) and my dogs got out. Instead of leaving them in the house, or putting them back in the garage, they put my dog out in the backyard, and left him there. My dog was outside in the middle of the afternoon, in the excessive heat, with no access to shelter or water until my husband arrived home from work HOURS later. Thankfully, he didnt die of heat stroke or successfully dig out from under our fence (Though he tried, he apparently stopped when he uncovered the irrigation pipe.) and no one opened up the door to the screen porch and walked in through the WIDE OPEN back door. Next time, Ill call EcoMaids. Ill call anyone before I let The Maids back in.

Have been using service for months. They do a very good job for a service. As stated by previous reviews, always emails window of time they will be arriving day prior and then shows up on time. They have never left a mess or garbage around (uncharacteristic review with dog left outside). A couple of times the cleaning was only "A" or "A-" compared to their normal "A+", so I mentioned their deficits. They were addressed at next cleaning and they even performed a refrigerator cleaning for free to compensate. You cant ask for perfection, but a service that listens and corrects errors is worth maintaining.

Over the years Ive had many cleaning services in my home - some only once - so I have no qualms about expressing my opinion on their service. I started with The Maids about a year ago and they have done an EXCELLENT JOB on every visit. Im a "work-from-home" professional and have little time (or energy) to devote to housekeeping, but The Maids keeps my home clean and presentable. I look forward to their visits. They just left. The hardwood floors are shiny and sand free, The carpets are fluffy, the kitchen spotless and the whole house smells wonderful. Thanks for a job well done!!
