I want to say first that the women who cleaned our home did a beautiful job. My poor experience was with the sales team and management. When first doing an estimate of our home, we were told the first clean would be "a little more expensive" -- we were certainly not prepared for it to be *more than twice* what a biweekly clean cost. It cost more to clean my 1600 sq ft townhouse than it does to clean my parents 6000 sq ft home! When I called to get clarification on this from management we were told "the first clean is billed hourly" and the reason we were blindsided is because the woman who did our walk-through fell ill and so never sent us a confirmation email. However, she never asked for an email address, and this was WEEKS later. I was informed we would get our confirmation email "right away". Well, its been two more weeks and still nothing. Its hard not to feel like they took advantage of our situation (I have a newborn, and so am obviously distracted), and were willfully withholding in giving us accurate information about the cost of cleaning.

Awful. The Maids were expensive and did a poor job cleaning our home. We had the monthly service and just about every month we had to call them to come back to the house to clean rooms/areas they missed. THEN they told us they were going to start having to charge us more because they had to keep coming back to our house. Unreal. They were rude and seemed annoyed when we talked to them about their poor service instead of showing any concern about our lack of satisfaction. My advice is to find another service.
