I wish there was a negative star rating. I cant even give a 1 star for these horrible folks. It is literally money down the drain. Dont ever use this team. They came to home and did such a horrible job. Dust was left everywhere. They didnt even clean between the taps in the bathroom faucets. I can give 100 items that they didnt do. If you want cleaning worth for your money DONT EVER CALL THIS TEAM. Response to the Owner. You really dont know what happened here. Out of 4 bathrooms one person had done the Master bathroom and then while doing the 2nd bathroom I asked them that no one is doing the kitchen while that was the top priority mentioned in the list. Even that Master bathroom wasnt done properly. So without knowing the reality dont try to safe guard your horrible employees. To Everyone Out there, Stop using This company. They cant even be Sorry of the mistake that they did. Such an attitude . Wow.

I dislike even giving one star... My husband paid $115 with the impression they would be deep cleaning our 3000 sq ft house. When they arrived she asked my priority areas since we werent paying for a full house deep clean. So I said first floor and second floor please. Told them bonus room and 3rd floor were not priority. I left them to clean and 2 hours later, they were gone and had only surface cleaned 1st floor and second floor bathrooms. The total area cleaned is less than half off my house. And there was stuff under my end tables, couch, behind small appliances were crumbs. Basically paid $115 for them to wipe off counters, mop, and rinse out sinks and tubs. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HORRIBLE ATTITUDE when we called to ask what happened. They did not even turn on a vacuum cleaner!?!?

We hired this cleaning team because we did some remodeling and needed our home cleaned before we moved back in. I was very specific on what I wanted done. They did a good job on about half of the house but failed miserably on some main things such as cleaning out the bathroom cabinets, master bathroom shower, the laundry room...all of these things I had specifically asked to be cleansed. I called and made a complaint and they were very kind and sent a team back out to clean. However, the bathroom cabinets and laundry room area were still left uncleaned! If their services were cheap I might be more forgiving of this...but they are very expensive and thus I expected a high level of service.

I hired Cary Clean Team to handle my move-out cleaning. They quoted me about $175 for the clean. The next day, I got a charge for $350. Now, this isnt a negative review, because I called the owner and we talked it out. The house had been a bigger job than they expected and thus it took longer, and they bill hourly. Upon explaining my reservations at paying double without notification to the owner, she reversed the charges and had an open, honest conversation with me. Its hard to find businesses that respect the customer nowadays but even despite my experience, I would recommend Cary Clean Team to anyone.

We have used Cary Clean Team for almost 8 years and have had fantastic service. They are professional, friendly and trustworthy. They are very good about working with you and defining exactly the services you need based on the size of the home and frequency of cleaning. So we have worked to tailor our cleanings to both our budget and our needs. Recently, they also went above and beyond the call of duty in helping us with some final cleanings and having everything impeccable when we put our home on the market this summer. We will definitely continue to use them in our new home.

4 or 5 years of excellent service at my house. Always hard working, professional, and on time. Never had one single issue. We have two golden retrievers and our floors and rugs are hairless and spotless every time they leave. Bathrooms/kitchen counters, sinks, and tubs always squeaky clean. I dont know what products they use (other than elbow grease); the whole house smells clean and fresh when they are done and never a whiff of chemicals.
