I hired Sun Cleaning to do a move-in cleaning service for my new house. While they were on time and did the job in three hours as promised, the house was barely cleaned. There was dirt in the corners, toilets were still dirty, dust was everywhere but, as honest people, we paid for the service even though it was not completed. When I called a week later to complain, I was met with such rudeness from Pilar (manager and so-called owner), I was blown away. I initially agreed with her that I should have called right away but I was in the middle of a huge move, construction and organizing other contractors and workers to come in. Calling a week later was my fault, but I was still a paying customer who deserved to be shown good customer service. The complete disrespect for a paying customer was astounding: - Pilar suggested my husband call because he was the one who paid the women, I should not be calling to speak for him. - I asked if they would come out and clean free of charge to make up for the time before and she blatantly said no. - I hired another company to come in and clean up their mess and she told me it was bad business and a stupid way to spend my money. - She told me I was a bad person for threatening to write a bad review and then hung up on me. I asked who the owner was and she said she wouldnt tell me, then, after asking four times, she said it was her. If Pilar is truly the business owner, shame on her for treating a paying customer that way. As I stated before, I will take the blame for not calling right away but for a business to not do anything to try and rectify a bad situation they caused is beyond me. Stay away from this company. I assure you, your money is better spent elsewhere.

My housekeeper moved and I had company from out of town coming so I was looking for someone new. I had this company come out and do a deep clean, and I was very sorry I did. There was a dead lizard in my kitchen sink when they left, there was dust on my televisions and the top of my refrigerator, they did not move things to clean under them, they did not clean the windows, which I orignally asked for, there were fingerprints all over my glass kitchen table and my kitchen cupboards and they left my rugs outside for me to bring back in. Not only did I not get a deep clean, but when I called the office to complain that same night, I was sent to an answering machine and no one ever got back to me. They did not even put the clean dishes in the dishwasher away. They were horrible and I would never let them back in my home, and not responding to an unhappy client shows how unprofessional this company is. I paid them $120 for three hours and had to have another service come out the next day and paid them $150 to actually do the job, and they were there for five hours. When I called back after my company left almost two weeks later, the person Maria, that answered the phone and said she was at the office, said she never got my message and she kept covering the phone because a dog was barking so loudly, and that she wasnt blaming me for her not getting the message, but there was nothing she could do about it because I didnt call the office the first week, or that someone had erased the message and it was almost two weeks later so she could not make it right. Terrible customer service and worse cleaning service. Awful, Awful, Awful. Dont use this company.

We had used Sun Cleaning on the date stated and we called them recently to have them clean our place, and things went quickly downhill. Apparently, the owner never answers the phone and is an absentee owner. In his place, he put a woman who barely speaks intelligible English and doesnt know much beyond reciting the standard script of rates. If there is any question or problem she cant answer it and its apparently above her skills. Consequently, I asked the owner to call me since his order taker/ receptionist was giving us ridiculously high prices to clean our places ($45/hr. and $135 to clean our small place). Needless to say the owner is so lazy that he never even bothered to return our call. And judging by the poor reviews he and Sun Cleaning have received here maybe its a good thing. It seems this business has gone completely downhill and maybe this is just one of the owners pet projects that he is do busy or too thrifty to have well run. Ill pass on them and I would recommend you do the same! Not only do the people scheduling the appointments not speak English, all of the girls are illegal aliens and hardly speak a word of English!

I changed my whole work day to be home for their service today. The most important thing I needed was a very good floor cleaning. They arrived without a mop or any machine to use to clean the floor. Next they asked me for supplies I was NOT told I needed to supply. I asked for the bathrooms, floor and dusting around the moldings and I was given pushback that this was "not included"?? That they would clean the blinds "a little" but that they need to keep coming back many times to get them cleaned. ???? There was a serious language problem - what costs more? ok, so you stay longer?? WHAT? I asked to speak to their Boss to see what the costs are - I had a bad connection and again could not understand the accent - I asked her to repeat what she was saying. We got disconnected and then the cleaners told me their boss told them to leave. UNBELIEVEABLE! And they were PREPAID with a credit card!! I waited one week to have them here and they showed up unprepared and left without cleaning!!!

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. I will never use this company again. I had them come clean my empty 2 bedroom townhouse that I was moving into, I told them to clean everything. I paid them $120 for 3 hours and I really dont know what they did. I came back and the floors had not been cleaned I could see the dirt thats how bad they were, the freezer and fridge filthy, spider webs on the walls in the corners, dust on top of cabinets in the bathroom and kitchen, cabinets not cleaned out. The place was empty no furniture which should of made there job easy. I called and emailed the company about this and they have done nothing. Not even acknowledge my email. I hired them so I wouldnt have to deal with the stress of cleaning a new place and moving and I ended up having to clean everything the day I was moving in which obviously ran me behinde schedule for the day and stressed me out. Worst company ever an Im out $120. I an going to report them to the BBB.

Ann Morgan-Aug 16, 2011 -I hired this cleaning service to clean my beautiful condo in Ft. Lauderdale. One of the maids decided to stand on a step stool and clean my ceiling fan when I did not ask her TO. She lost her balance, grabbed onto the blade, and broke it. She then proceeded to lie to me saying that the blade was already broken. How can that be? If it were broken, it would not still be attached to the fan. It would have fallen on the floor before she even touched it. When I hired an electrician to replace the fan, he told me that the only way a ceiling fan blade can break, is if someone hung on it to avoid a fall while cleaning it. It cost me over $100 to buy new fan and another $100 for the electrican, totalling over $200. The company refuses to reimburse me for the damage their maid caused to my home. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SUNCLEANING, INC TO ANYONE.
