We hired this maid service to clean our rental property that wed lived in only 2 months prior to purchasing our home. The house is 1800sqft, was completely empty and pretty clean to start with. We just needed them to do a thorough cleaning to remove dust, wipe down counters, windows, etc. to appease the rental agency. They assure us all the items we needed done would be taken care of however they only cleaned 1/2 of the house upon inspection. I went by to clean the oven (since they dont) and ended up having to do the following: Wipe down all baseboards, kitchen counters, windows, sills, mantel, chair rail, cabinets and clean the laminate floors. They didnt even touch any of the items just listed! The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because after my husband had a tough conversation with them about the 1 1/2 hours I had to spend cleaning AFTER they did their "deep clean" they did give us a partial refund.

I would like to say how pleased and happy I am with team#9 who cleans my home! They do a great job but more importantly they listen to my requests and my concerns about my home. An example of this personal attention is the focus they have had on potential causes of my asthma. They have paid special attention to dust problems I had and even checked my vents and alerted me to those that need attention. They are professional and very positive and happy about doing a great job for me. My asthma has improved dramatically since they started with me. Vickie and Bianca are just great!

These people are total crooks. I was quoted for my homes square footage ( and disclosed how dirty it was) and they assured me it would be done. They left the house incomplete. When I called they had every excuse from ran out of rags to ran out of time. They would only return to finish job if they returned for more money. I dont consider my home that large, for two people to take more than 4 hours seems absurd.

Thank you just seems so inadequate for the awesome job that Melanie Darling and Carolyn Brooke do! I have had several cleaning folks over the years, all of whom I thought were pretty good until I got Molly Maids. These gals do such a thorough cleaning but also go above and beyond in the little touches of creativity and making things look nice. I highly recommend Molly Maids. You will be amazed and so very pleased!

Molly Maid came out to do a move-out clean of my apartment. They did a fantastic job! The two ladies were friendly and obviously knew what they were doing. I let them in, then was able to leave and not worry about things. When I came back, it was very clean and smelled wonderful. I will be using them again in my new house!

The ladies were super friendly and did an amazing job cleaning my house! My house has never looked so clean, especially the bathrooms. When I asked for a quote the lady was rude and I was two minutes late and left and refused to wait for me.
