Stay FAR AWAY from this company. Ill try to make this short but you really want to read this. First I called to book an appointment. They scheduled me 2 weeks out. I never heard from them. I called back. Booked a MOVE OUT cleaning, top to bottom, behind appliances, all windows, inside appliances, clean the floors... you name it. Quoted to have a CREW come out, for 4 hours. They sent one slob out to clean my 1600 sq foot house. EIGHT HOURS later, she had HALF of the house down (Im not kidding) and it looked like she had been mopping with dirty water. She was out back smoking when I showed up. Disputed, they took her off the job, and sent out a husband/wife duo the next day to finish. Due at 1PM. They arrived at 6, stayed for about two hours, had to leave, never finished. Called to attempt to get SOMEONE out there to clean. Manager said "she didnt work there anymore", call the owner. Owner answered our call once, then began ignoring. Opened up a dispute with my credit card, and finally got my $200 back today after 2.5 months. They didnt even counter my dispute- they know they messed up. Horrible, horrible service, nasty cleaning crew with no skill, and RUDE. STAY AWAY.

I am a single mother of five young kids and I work full time, so my house basically never gets a really good cleaning. It just gets a pick up here and there. So I decided to look for some cleaning help and a friend recommended Magic Mops Cleaning. I gave their office a call and explained my situation and they said it was no problem and gave me a great price for a total cleaning. They sent out a young lady who was very professional and also very good with kids. She cleaned my house for five hours and when she was finished you wouldnt even know that there were five kids in this house. She cleaned out my refrigerator that was a total disaster and now it looks brand new. She even went as far as scrubbing the base boards and walls from the kids hand and shoe marks. I was in awe at how clean they got my house clean from five kids, I now have them coming back bi-weekly to just keep up on the cleaning and to make sure the house stays clean. My family and friends were so impressed that they decided to give them a call and now they have them coming out to clean their houses. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants kind and friendly service from professional cleaners.

I had Magic Mops Cleaning come in to clean my grandmothers house last week due to her illness due to the fact she really cannot do things like she use to and all I can say is WOW!!! The job they did was amazing and the cleaners were very nice and very professional. My grandmothers house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home. When they got done I was very pleased at how clean the house was, there were places in her home that I did not know could even get that clean. My grandmother was so happy at how clean the house was when they had finished. I now have them coming out once a week to clean her house and have hired them to come out to my house once a month to clean my house. I am very pleased at how professional the cleaners were as well as how well mannered they were to my grandmother. I have told my friends and co-workers about them and they have hired them as well. I would definitely recommend this cleaning company to anyone looking for professional cleaners.

My family was having a reunion to celebrate our sons wedding. We were going to have about 25 at the house and there was no way either my wife or myself could get off of work in time to do a complete cleaning of the house. Just no way. So I called Magic Mops Cleaning for a hand. They were here the next day. The lady that did the cleaning did a fantastic job. The base-boards were clean the walls and every part of the house sparkled. Being a property manager, I sometimes need properties cleaned very quickly. Peter and Dedla have always been there to help me out when I have had any quick turnarounds. They either answer the phone or call back very quickly to respond to me. I recently changed jobs and I could not hold off on not using them as our cleaners for very long. They are professional and thiee cleaners do a great job. They will also willing to return to a property is a customer wants any additional items cleaned. If you are in property management, you should hire this company to take care of your needs.

I chose the right cleaning service. This was my first time calling a professional cleaning service, and everything was perfect. I have a small office with a few employees and they did a bang up job. Everything sparkled, looked new. What really impressed me is i have a lot of sensitive computer equipment and they used the upmost care in cleaning it. I believe their rate is reasonable. They finished under the estimated time and didnt overcharge . Booking was convenient and swift. The team who came were very pleasant. I will call again. Great job guys!!

UNRELIABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL. We booked Magic Mops 2 weeks in advance. They called and emailed confirming our time of 9:00 a.m. At 9:00 a.m. they left a voicemail that they were not coming until 12:30 p.m. We called them back and kept going to voicemail. An hour later someone finally called us back. We were moving out and had to turn in keys to owner by early afternoon. They left us in a total bind and will now cost us since we left our rental uncleaned. Use someone else!!

So I hired Magic Mops and specifically Danielle, and I am more than pleased with the service I receive bi-weekly.
