If I could, I would give them negative stars. I am a college student who was looking for a part time job in between semesters. I decided to work for this company thinking the active physical labor would be a perfect fit for my lifestyle. Upon working for this "business" (if you can call it that), I witnessed the management engaging in numerous unprofessional actions. I was shocked by the way the "boss" spoke to his employees, cussing at them and always yelling, degrading them in a condescending manner constantly. I only lasted there just over a month before I had had enough. The employees checks were never correct, hours and compensation missing from checks every pay period. Customers would complain all the time, mostly over managerial issues such as wrongly scheduled time frames. Overall my experience was an absolute nightmare. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, to work for or to use as a cleaning service.

I dont usually do this online thing, but felt like I did not want anyone else to experience what we did. I used them to clean my house when my wife was in the hospital thinking the fresh new cleaning when she came home would cheer her up. Well let me tell you, both of the cleaning girls that showed up stayed on the cell phone texting and talking the entire time, they argued back and forth with one another, We found cigarette butts from when they took a few breaks in my driveway when my fife returned, and honestly I could have done better myself, in fact I did end up spending several hours cleaning after they left. I called the Lady at the office and she was rude. I had enough to deal with than this. My wife is home and we hired another local company and are quite happy with them.

Fast, friendly, and reliable. The office is always paying close attention to my needs for schedule changes, time preference, and my preferred teams. All the girls I have met so far are super nice and attentive! I love the freedom of not having to do the deep cleaning anymore and it is so nice to trust the people who are in my home so I can come and go as I please during the cleaning. This family owned company really gives you a feeling of comfort. The amount of care they put into the business really shows in their customer service. I will recommend this service to any and everyone!

We have been using Molly Maids for three years. For ten years previous to that, we had used private house cleaners. We must say that Molly Maids cleans the house, everything shines and all dust disappears. Molly Maids has accommodated our schedule, very flexible given a recent medical issue. Finally, Molly Maids is a company that treats its employees well. Employees are covered by workmans compensation and not subject to the risk that many housekeepers are subject to (and their household owner). Thank you

Molly Maid cleaned our recently purchased home. The home desperately needed a deep clean and Molly took care of everything for us. The home was spotless and ready for us to move in when they finished. The new owners and office staff are wonderful to work with. Our schedule is crazy and they were totally accommodating. They also called to confirm our appointment the day before which was a nice reminder. We will definitely be a regular customer once we are moved in.

Excellent customer service! The 2 ladies that came to my house were professional and very nice. They did an awesome job. My stainless steel appliances look BRAND NEW, they cleaned 2 bathrooms perfectly, and vacuumed and mopped my entire house. I have 5 pets, and after a few days, still dont see hair because they cleaned EVERYTHING. They will be coming biweekly, and I cant wait for my next cleaning in a couple of weeks!

Most terrible company to work for!! The boss would always "forget" to put gas in the company cars (we had to put our own money in them a lot) and had us work with crappy, broken and run down equipment. Plus the management and boss just have the nastiest attitudes. If you want maids who hate their job and broken equipment used to clean your home, go for it and hire Molly Maid of south Brevard/Indian River!!
