Used them 2 times. arrived late the first time and very late the last time on my Friday night. Both times they threw the garbage in waste can without tying the tops up. coffee grinds all over the waste can. they threw their fast food in the waste can and their soda cup leaked all over the bottom. Said they charged $60 an hour, but expected to take 1 1/2 hours to clean our home. They left after 1 hour the first time and the 2nd time showed up 2 hours late. Told them they had only 1 hour due to a get together I was having. They only spent 45 minutes. I gave them $60 and they complained and said there were 3 people and I guess they expected $90 no matter what. They never returned our 2 calls so that we could discuss for future expectations but they never called back and never showed up today. I am a very easy going person and I am just shaking my head about the lack of work ethic and unprofessionalism.

The value they provide is exceptional enough for me to take the time to leave a POSITIVE review, which is a rarity these days. The maid arrived early and did an outstanding job. Highly suggest them if youve never used a maid service in CLT before you wont regret it!
