Great people and straight up. I had bought a 2004 honda accord from Orlando Auto Mall , Inc at 218 west Michigan and those Aholes gave me a valet key with an ignition that had been switched (did not match Vin and seller of course denied they even knew it was switched which is bull). After spending $105 at the Honda Dealer for a another key for just starting the Honda dealer would have to charge me $350 to open the ignition to make new master keys. Called Advanced after leaving the Honda dealer and went straight to their location and they hooked me up with a set of door keys for $32 , a great deal and i was happy to pay. Advanced also could have done the engine start key for $85, another great deal. the lesson: sometimes when you get screwed by a used car dealer (Orlando Auto Mall , Inc at 218 west Michigan , not the Honda dealer) you can find Good people to Help and Advanced is a great help! Use Advanced Auto Locksmith for all programable key issues , you will be happy and satisfied.

I was stranded in a parking lot with cold food that I had just purchased. I tried to start the car, but the key wouldnt turn (car was in park and the wheel wasnt locked) After I tried WD40, I called AAA to see if they could send a locksmith/towtruck. They only sent a locksmith. Fortunately for me, Advance Auto Locksmith was dispatched. Luke got my car started, but when it failed a restart, he checked the key and ended up retooling the ignition column (sorry if its not the technical term!). He put the whole thing back together and had me on my way in about 30 minutes, tops, saving me about $450!! I was so grateful, I had to hug him!!

After a very long morning full of "things that could go wrong" I locked my keys in the car... I called AAA and luckily for me Advance Auto Locksmith was assigned. Jay arrived right on time, he was so kind and got into my car in less than a minute! He even took the time to answer some questions I had about getting a 2nd key made for my Fiat 500L, and really turned my day around. Excellent service, if I ever find my self needing locksmith services, I know who Im going to call!!

Dexter was the best locksmith I have ever met; and his kind personality was extremely refreshing. He came to my location within an hour (on the 4th of July), had given me updates on when he would arrive, and exemplified superior customer service. Dexter unlocked the car with ease with no damages or scratches. I wish more locksmiths were like him! Thank you so much!
