I was in a good mood when entering this place! The man whom I believe was the owner was just a plain ole A-hole! He was rude and had 0 costumer service skills! they are also more expensive than every where else! And $15 minimum to use a card! is he out of his mind?!?! What a flat out jerk! I will never go back there again and pray no one else does!

Asked to cut a couple keys for a vehicle. They informed me 45 a key. When asked why so much they replied thats just our price. I called another place who cut them for 70. I asked if they would match at least. They replied "nope have a nice day". They just seem arrogant and non friendly. They never said anything bad just didnt like the service.

Rick from West End Lock & Safe just left a property that we manage and did a wonderful job changing out the locks. He was very knowledgeable and ended up suggesting a cheaper option with a safer lock. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I had to buy a key for my motor scooter and no one had the blanks for it not eve the yamaha dealership which is what my scooter is but this place had it and he was fast and extremely polite I would definitely go back if needed
