Total crooks. I called and told them I locked myself out and the girl quoted me for the exact type door and lock I had. When the guy showed up (about 30 minutes after they said theyd be there) he quoted me $55 more than the original price and said the price she gave me was for a storm door. That was a lie seeing as how we went into detail what type of door and lock I have on my house and the equipment needed for it. They know they can charge whatever they want when you have a young mom and her three year old locked out of their house in the dark. I will never, ever use them again. I will definitely call a more reputable company next time. Also, when I called the girl to tell her what he charged me and what she told me didnt match, she became very irate and told me there was absolutely no way they would do anything about it. I cannot believe how unprofessional she and the entire company was.

My gf called to request a quote and the gentleman who answered the phone was really nice. He said to get a quote, someone would need to come check it out. If we liked the price, he could do it then or if we didnt like the price, theres no charge. It was a free estimate. The locksmith arrived within 25 minutes. The issue we had, which encouraged me to write this review, was the customer service from the locksmith. We had an entry lock that had to be rekeyed. He quoted us $80. She told the locksmith, it was okay, Ill continue to shop around. He then responded, "Then why did you call us? You have to pay for us to come out here." He was rude, unprofessional, and not what we had expected from what was explained to us when she first called.

I would rate them more than five stars if I could! These guys were so great. I called one place before them and the phone rang and rang with no answer. Upset, I tried Prime Locksmith and they answered immediately. The gentleman on the phone was so patient as I explained where I was and the circumstances. They estimated they could have someone out in thirty minutes but arrived in barely twenty. Mike was the gentlemans name and he was so helpful and genuinely kind. Thank you Prime Locksmith for turning an upsetting experience into such a positive one

Call someone else. Told me they will be there in 20 minutes and it will be $50, took them over an hour to arrive, and told us it would be $80 with no valid reason why the price was raised. If you are trapped out of your car, and wait an hour thinking it is going to be 20 minutes, what choice do you have? Took 3 minutes to complete the job, so why raise the price? Unprofessional tech in an unmarked vehicle, and a Wal-mart receipt book. Call a legit company.

They really draw you in with the $19 service call advertisement and "prices starting at $25" on the website but BEWARE. $125 for a simple household door to be unlocked? Absurd. And when I questioned the quote, he laughed in my face and said no one would ever perform a service for the prices listed. I definitely feel like I was taken advantage of and will be sure to share my dissatisfaction with Prime Locksmith amongst my network.

Its was storming over here and was locked out of my home, Called a few places and no one wanted to come due to the storm. Lucky for me I called prime locksmith and they were willing to come save me under this type of weather. In less then a hour and with severe conditions they came and got me into my home and they didnt break my pocket either. I would use them any time in the future knowing how loyal they really are.

absolutely help my trip to Jacksonville amazing!! I lost my keys at Town Center Area and had no place to stay! I called Prime Locksmith at 2:30 am and Mike assisted me the whole night! He picked me up from my Place and unlocked my door, provided a new key, After a wrecking night the next day was heavenly!! Thank you again for making my trip at ease!!

SCAM ALERT!!! Very disappointed. I would give zero stars if I could. I was quoted 55 dollars to get into my car and after being asked if I had insurance, I was charged 150. These guys are scammers. DO NOT USE THEM!! And if you call them you never talk to someone at the business, you get an answering service. SCAM ALERT!!

Very patient and helpful. I lost my keys and my registration. Mike came to the rescue and helped me look for my regestration, couldnt find it, but he made it happen! Best price in town, experienced, helpful and patient. This place cant be beat! Very satisfied and greatful!!

Amazing Service! These guys are quick and clean at taking care of problems. Not expensive at all i recommend these guys over anyone else. They can guys can almost do anything if it has a lock on it. They can cut and program keys cheaper and on the spot with their van.
