***UPDATE*** The owner has very quickly reached out to me as a result of the review. I let him know my frustration with the technician (sub-contracted) in the pricing and recommendations that took place. He agreed to remove the $24 that wasnt agreed to upfront, which I think is fair. He was very understanding and wanted to make it right. I am updating the stars to reflect the 1 that I would give the interaction with the subcontractor used and the 5 for the service from the owner ***END UPDATE*** Called them because I locked myself out of the house. Once the guy got there, he said it would be $150 just to pick the lock on the garage but if I had to drill the front door, "we would talk about it". Turns out we had to drill the front door which took him less than 2 minutes. This made the price $175. After drilling the lock he said he could give me a replacement for a "really good price". He put on a new deadbolt of the same color in about another 2 minutes and told me it would be $35 for the lock and $40 for labor and that if I went to Home Depot myself, I would have to replace the whole handle. Turns out, all of what he said was not true. The lock he gave me at a "really good price" retails for $17 so he was charging me double the retail price plus about $1,200/hour for labor. I told him to remove the lock and I would do it myself. After that, another "Service Charge" of $24 magically appeared, bringing the cost to $199 for drilling a lock in a few minutes time.

I just moved our company to a new office & called this company to come out and give me a quote on replacing the locks in the office as well as replacing the locks on the warehouse doors. Adam was the technician that was sent out, I told him exactly what type of locks I wanted as well as elclectronic door lock for front door. Adam took notes and gave me a good quote. He had the locks changed out a few days later and made spare keys for me at no extra charge. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get good pricing with great service.

From start to finish Xtreme lock provided an amazing experience and product.Adam not only gave my wife and I a great deal on the garage door we wanted but took the time to answer every question we had with great knowledge and customer service. The install team was also very efficient and polite and we had very little downtime during the install. Xtreme lock is by far the best company Ive ever had the pleasure of doing business with. We love our new garage door and cant recommend this company enough!

I would give them no stars if I could. Paid for their service in December when they came to install a new lock. Apparently the lock was installed backwards because the wind blows the door open, and right now we cannot even lock the door and have had to nail a board across it to keep it closed. We have contacted them and they made an appointment to come and fix it, but never showed up! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I lost my car key and i didnt have a spare so he came to my car and made me new key he also verified my identity which made me feel so safe. he told me he was keeping information on file and if it ever happened again it would be a cheaper price! Excellent experience!!
