5 STARS!!!!! ~ Charlie LeMond is a God send. He is an angel on earth, a Christian Brother with integrity and professionalism and quite simply...hes an answer to my prayers! #1: He answered the phone on a Friday at 5:00 pm before a 3 day Holiday weekend unlike most companies you get a voicemail. #2: He agreed to do the job (even though he was an hour away) once I explained the urgency of the reason I was calling. #3: He came out to help my family member, a victim of domestic violence on a holiday weekend and didnt charge us extra because of her need to feel safe and secure in her own home again. #4: He went above and beyond to make her home locked down by trying 3 different locks to make sure he got the best choice for the job and didnt charge me extra for that either. I highly recommend this young man as he said this was his dads business before his and there is a 27 year sense of duty to those who feel victimized and need help fast. He doesnt do this for the money. He does it as a service to his fellow man and woman. Call Charlie (my angel), and tell him I sent you. Charlie at Active Lock & Key in Apopka did a great job reprogramming the key on my daughters Ford Focus. When she bought the car, the dealer gave her a MyKey instead of the Admin key. The MyKey was programmed to set limits on the vehicles use. Without the Admin key, she couldnt take those limits off. Charlie fixed the problem in short order and provided an Admin key, all for less than half the price the Ford dealer would have charged.
